WIENIE C MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieniec meblowy przeznaczony jako element wykonczeniowy mebii jak na przyklad: szaf, komód, nadstawek komód, kredensów, biurek itd. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac wienca przeja- wiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolo- rystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztal- tu, elementów zdobniczych polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech drewna, z jakiego wieniec zrobiono. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano wieniec w widoku aksonometrycznym, na fig. 2 wieniec w widoku z przodu oraz fotografii gdzie na fig. 3 pokazano wieniec w widoku ogólnym i na fig. 4 pokazano fragment - naroznik wienca. Widoczne na zdjeciach elementy mebla nie podlegaja ochronie. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO: 1. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi plyte w ksztalcie pro- stopadloscianu, górne i boczne krawedzie ma proste, stykajace sie pod ka- tem prostym, natomiast dolne sa w niewielkim stopniu zaokraglone w kie- runku wnetrza plyty, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 i fig. 4.2. Wieniec meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zastosowano wobec niego techniki uszlachetniajace i postarzajace jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fo- tografii fig. 3 i 4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig . 3 Fig . 4 PL PLFURNITURE WREATH C The subject of the industrial design is a furniture wreath intended as a finishing element for furniture such as wardrobes, chests of drawers, chests of drawers extensions, sideboards, desks, etc. The essence of the design is the original structure and simple form of the wreath, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape, decorative elements emphasizing the natural features of the wood from which the wreath is made. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the wreath in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 the wreath in a front view, and in a photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the wreath in a general view, and Fig. 4 shows a fragment – a corner of the wreath. The furniture elements visible in the photographs are not subject to protection. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: 1. The furniture ring is characterized in that it is a cuboid board, the upper and side edges of which are straight and meet at right angles, while the lower edges are slightly rounded towards the inside of the board, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.2.
