Poziomnica Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest poziomnica, znajdujaca zastosowanie w budownictwie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Poziomnica moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z metalu, szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia poziomnice w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmian a 1, fig.2 - uwidacznia poziomnice w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmiana 2, zas fig.3 - pokazuje poziomnice w zblizeniu, odmiana 1 i odmiana 2. Wewnatrz tego owalnego otworu jest widoczna pionowa libelka. Obok otworu z zamontowana oprawka i pionowa libelka wewnatrz, znajduje sie mniejszy, przelotowy otwór. Po przeciwnej stronie okraglych otworów, na powierzchni frontowej poziomnicy jest rozmieszczony motyw slowno-graficzny. Motyw ten przedstawia dwukolorowe, prostokatne pole ze stylizowanym napisem. Jedna czesc tego pola jest jasniejsza zas druga czesc jest ciemniejsza. Na ciemniejszym polu jest umieszczony zapis literowy, utworzony z liter w kolorze jasniejszego pola natomiast na jasniejszym polu, obwiedzionym ramka jest usytuowany zapis literowy, który tworza litery w kolorze ciemniejszego pola Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 2, nalezy zaliczyc, ze poziomnica jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonego i wydluzonego prostopadloscianu z przemoczeniem posrodku, tworzacym niewielki rowek, rozciagajacy sie na calej dlugosci. Jedna czesc tego pola jest jasniejsza zas druga czesc jest ciemniejsza. Na ciemniejszym polu jest umieszczonyzapis literowy, utworzony z liter w kolorze jasniejszego pola natomiast na jasniejszym polu, obwiedzionym ramka jest usytuowany zapis literowy, który tworza litery w kolorze ciemniejszego pola. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. A spirit level may be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, glass, or plastic. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the spirit level in a general front view of version 1, Fig. 2 shows the spirit level in a general front view of version 2, and Fig. 3 shows the spirit level in a close-up, version 1 and version 2. The essential features of industrial design version 1 include that the spirit level is shaped as a flattened and elongated cuboid with an embossment in the center, creating a small groove extending along its entire length. The side walls of the spirit level are closed with caps. A recess is made in the axis of the spirit level, inside which is placed a frame and a horizontal vial. The edges of the frame form a stylized frame around the edge of the recess. On one side of the recess, a circular hole is cut into the spirit level's profile, inside which is mounted a circular frame with an oval opening positioned lengthwise. A vertical vial is visible within this oval hole. Next to the hole with the mounted frame and the vertical vial inside, there is a smaller, through hole. On the opposite side of the circular holes, a verbal and graphic motif is placed on the front surface of the spirit level. This motif represents a two-color, rectangular field with a stylized inscription. One part of this field is lighter, while the other part is darker. The darker field contains a letter inscription, composed of letters in the lighter field, while the lighter field, surrounded by a frame, contains a letter inscription composed of letters in the darker field. The essential features of industrial design variant 2 include the spirit level's shape as a flattened and elongated cuboid with a central depression, creating a small groove extending along its entire length. Its side walls are closed with caps. A recess is made in the spirit level's axis, within which a frame is placed, containing a horizontal vial. The edges of the frame form a stylized frame around the edge of the recess. On one side of the recess, a circular hole is made in the spirit level's profile, within which a circular frame with an oval opening is mounted. A vertical vial is visible inside this oval hole. Next to the hole with the mounted frame and the vertical vial inside, there is a smaller, through hole. Opposite the circular holes, on the front surface of the level, is a verbal and graphic motif.
