Osprzet elektroinstalacyjny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest osprzet elektroinstalacyjny do montazu obwodów elektrycznych. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wytworów bedacych przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w ukladzie linii, konturach, ksztalcie i materiale. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru stanowiaca jedno-klawiszowy lacznik elektryczny w rzucie z przodu. Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru stanowiaca gniazdo wtyczkowe w rzucie z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cecha istotna wzoru jest stylistyka wspólnej czesci kazdej z odmian wzoru - ramki zewnetrznej, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz metalicznym polysku zewnetrznej powierzchni, co widoczne jest na dolaczonej ilustracji. Powierzchnia przednia ramki jest plaska. Boki ramki sa zaokraglone, tak ze powierzchnia przednia ramki przechodzi lukiem w powierzchnie boczna, co jest szczególnie widoczne na fig. 3.1 i fig. 3.2. Krawedzie ramki oraz naroza wewnetrznego otworu ramki sa lekko zaokraglone. Odmiana wzoru stanowiaca jedno-klawiszowy lacznik elektryczny, przedstawiony na fig. 1 zawiera pojedyncza ramke oraz zamontowany w ramce modul lacznika elektrycznego z pojedynczym klawiszem koloru bialego. Odmiana wzoru stanowiaca gniazdo elektryczne, przedstawione na fig. 2, zawiera pojedyncza ramke oraz zamontowany w ramce modul gniazda wtyczkowego. Modul gniazda wtyczkowego jest koloru bialego.Odmiana wzoru stanowiaca modulowy zespól lacznika elektrycznego i gniazda wtyczkowego, przedstawiony na fig. 3.1 i 3.2, zawiera podwójna ramke, z modulem lacznika elektrycznego z pojedynczym klawiszem, umieszczonym w jednym otworze ramki oraz z modulem gniazda wtyczkowego, umieszczonym w drugim otworze ramki. Modul gniazda wtyczkowego oraz klawisz lacznika sa koloru bialego. Modul lacznika elektrycznego i modul gniazda wtyczkowego sa odseparowane plaskim elementem oddzielajacym koloru bialego. The subject of the industrial design is electrical installation accessories for the assembly of electrical circuits. The novelty and individual character of the products that are the subject of the industrial design are expressed in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, and material. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the first design variant, consisting of a single-button electrical switch, in a front view. Fig. 2 shows the second design variant, consisting of a socket outlet, in a front view. Fig. 3.1 shows the third design variant, consisting of a modular electrical switch and socket outlet assembly, in a front view. Fig. 3.2 shows the third design variant from Fig. 3.1 in a side view. The collective illustration shows all design variants. Essential Features of an Industrial Design: A significant feature of the design is the style of the common part of each design variant – the outer frame, manifested in its shape and the metallic sheen of the outer surface, as visible in the attached illustration. The front surface of the frame is flat. The sides of the frame are rounded, so that the front surface of the frame merges in an arc into the side surface, which is particularly visible in Figs. 3.1 and 3.2. The edges of the frame and the corners of the frame's internal opening are slightly rounded. The design variant consisting of a single-button electrical switch, shown in Fig. 1, comprises a single frame and an electrical switch module mounted within the frame with a single white button. The design variant consisting of an electrical socket, shown in Fig. 2, comprises a single frame and a socket module mounted within the frame. The socket module is white. The design variant, consisting of a modular electrical switch and socket assembly, shown in Figs. 3.1 and 3.2, comprises a double frame with a single-button electrical switch module located in one frame opening and a socket module located in the other frame opening.
