Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, majaca zastosowanie jako pojemnik do plynów, szczególnie wysokogatunkowych alkoholi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, na fig. 2 w widoku z boku, na fig. 3 w widoku z tylu, zas na fig. 4 przedstawiono widok dna butelki w rzucie na plaszczyzne pozioma. Butelke stanowi przestrzenna bryla, majaca czesc pojemnikowa w dolnej strefie o owalnym zarysie przekroju poziomego, przy czym w dolnej strefie, nad lukiem laczacym z denkiem ma wydzielone krawedziami pionowymi pole etykietowe przednie i tylne. W tylnej strefie butelki, na wysokosci w przyblizeniu równej 0,65 wysokosci calej butelki, ma przejscie, stanowiace fragment zarysu stozka scietego, które obejmuje w przyblizeniu okolo 200° obwodu butelki jej strefy tylnej. W przedniej strefie butelki ten fragment stozka przechodzi w lukowa powierzchnie plaska ograniczona lukami. Nad tymi powierzchniami przechodzi w piers, która stanowi sfera,utworzona z powierzchni w grgjblizeiiu plaskich o zarysie naprzemiennie szesciokata i pieciokafe^symfeotizujaca pilke nozna, przechodzaca na górze lagodnym lukiem w szyjke zakonczona glówka. Butelka wykonana jest z przezroczystego szkla, barwionego lub nie barwionego. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, którym jest butelka, która stanowi przestrzenna bryla, majaca czesc pojemnikowa w dolnej strefie o owalnym zarysie przekroju poziomego, przy czym w dolnej strefie, nad lukiem laczacym z denkiem ma wydzielone krawedziami pionowymi pole etykietowe przednie i tylne. The bottle is a three-dimensional solid, having a container portion in the lower zone with an oval horizontal cross-section, wherein in the lower zone, above the arc connecting to the bottom, it has a front and rear label area separated by vertical edges. In the rear zone of the bottle, at a height approximately equal to 0.65 times the height of the entire bottle, it has a transition, constituting a portion of a truncated cone outline, encompassing approximately 200° of the bottle's rear circumference. In the front of the bottle, this cone fragment transforms into an arc-shaped, flat surface bounded by arcs. Above these surfaces, it merges into the breast, which is a sphere formed by nearly flat surfaces at the top, with an alternately hexagonal and pentagonal outline, symbolizing a soccer ball, merging at the top with a gentle curve into the neck and ending in a head. The bottle is made of transparent glass, colored or uncolored.
