Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do transportu, skladowania i konsumpcji bezposredniej róznych napoi niegazowanych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej przez cechy konturów. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowana jest z tworzywa plastikowego. Butelka wystepuje w dwu pojemnosciach 1,75 1 oraz 0,5 1, jak pokazano na ilustracji odpowiednio fig. 1 i fig. 2. Butelka przypomina konturami pacholek gry kreglarskiej, w której czesc srodkowa jest zwezona i zweza sie liniowo od lekko zaokraglonego spodu do góry a czesc górna na wysokosci 3 A jest owalnie pogrubiona i zwezona sie do szyjki. Grubosc butelki w czesci srodkowej i spodniej jest sobie równa. Spód butelki posiada symetrycznie rozmieszczone stopki, natomiast na czesci butelki zwezajacej sie od spodu do wysokosci srodkowej ma symetrycznie rozmieszczone wglebne ryfle o ksztalcie wezykowatym a na czesci zgrubiajacej sie do wysokosci srodka tej czesci posiada ryfle równolegle do podstawy, jak pokazano na ilustracji fig. l i fig. 2. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke o poj. 1,75 1, a fig. 2 przedstawia butelke o poj. 0,51. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to kontury butelki, charakterystyczne tym, ze do czesci srodkowej wystepuje liniowe przewezenie a na wysokosci 3 A owalne pogrubienie zwezajace sie do szyjki. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique shape of the bottle, given its contours. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made of plastic. The bottle is available in two capacities: 1.75 liters and 0.5 liters, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, respectively. The bottle's contours resemble a bowling cone, with the central section narrowing linearly from the slightly rounded bottom to the top, while the upper section, at a height of 3A, is ovally thickened and narrows to the neck. The bottle's thickness in the central and bottom sections is equal. The bottom of the bottle has symmetrically arranged feet, while the part of the bottle narrowing from the bottom to the middle height has symmetrically arranged recessed serpentine grooves, and the part thickening to the middle height of this part has grooves parallel to the base, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a capacity of 1.75 l, and Fig. 2 shows a bottle with a capacity of 0.51 l. The essential features of the industrial design are the contours of the bottle, characterized by a linear narrowing to the middle part and an oval thickening at a height of 3 A narrowing to the neck. The surface of the tapering part has symmetrically arranged grooves of a snake-like shape and towards the center of the thickened part it has grooves arranged parallel to the base, as shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1, fig. 2.
