Wieszak domowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak domowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z tego ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig.l przedstawia wieszak domowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu i z boku, fig.2- ten sam wieszak w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3- ten sam wieszak w widoku z boku. Wieszak domowy stanowi monolityczna bryla utworzona z eliptycznego korpusu z zaokraglonym obrzezem posiadajacego dwa otwory walcowo-stozkowe usytuowane w jego osi krótszej, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie wystep w ksztalcie dwustopniowej bryly prostopadlosciennej usytuowanej symetrycznie dluzszymi jej bokami w osi dluzszej korpusu, której przednie czolo przechodzi lagodnymi dolnymi promieniami w dwa promieniowe ramiona o zróznicowanych dlugosciach umieszczone symetrycznie w dluzszej osi eliptycznego korpusu. Oba ramiona wieszaka w widoku z przodu maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z rozchylonymi na zewnatrz bokami na jego jednym koncu i zaokraglonym do wewnatrz drugim koncem. Z kolei w widoku z boku ramiona te maja ksztalt zblizony do czesci eliptycznego otwartego pierscienia, przy czym ramie dluzsze na swym zaokraglonym kulistym koncu jest znacznie grubsze od pozostalej jego czesci, a ramie krótsze równiezzaokraglone na koncu jest bardziej zakrzywione od ramienia dluzszego i w zasadzie posiada jednolita grubosc. Po zamocowaniu wieszaka na scianie pomieszczenia mieszkalnego za pomoca dwóch wkretów ramie dluzsze wieszaka sluzy do wieszania na nim nakrycia glowy, a zakrzywione ramie krótsze do wieszania odziezy. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape and the resulting artistic effects. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the household hanger in perspective, from the front and side, Fig. 2 shows the same hanger from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same hanger from the side. The household hanger is a monolithic structure composed of an elliptical body with a rounded rim, containing two cylindrical-conical holes located along its shorter axis. Between these holes is a protrusion in the shape of a two-stage cuboid, symmetrically positioned with its longer sides along the longer axis of the body. The front face of the hanger transitions with gentle lower radii into two radial arms of varying lengths, symmetrically positioned along the longer axis of the elliptical body. From the front, both arms of the hanger are roughly rectangular in shape, with outward-flaring sides at one end and an inward-rounding end at the other. In turn, from a side view, these arms resemble parts of an elliptical open ring, with the longer arm, at its rounded, spherical end, being significantly thicker than the rest of the ring, and the shorter arm, also rounded at the end, being more curved than the longer arm and essentially uniform in thickness. After mounting the hanger to the living room wall with two screws, the longer arm is used for hanging hats, while the shorter, curved arm is used for hanging clothes. Essential features of the industrial design The household hanger made of metal or plastic shown in the illustrations and in the drawings fig. 1-3 is characterized by the following: - it is a monolithic body made of an elliptical body with a rounded rim having two cylindrical-conical holes located in its shorter axis, between which there is a protrusion in the shape of a two-step cuboid body located symmetrically with its longer sides in the longer axis of the body, the front face of which passes with gentle lower radii into two radial arms of different lengths located symmetrically in the longer axis of the elliptical body - both arms of the hanger in the front view have a shape close to a rectangle with outwardly flared sides at one end and the other end rounded inwards - in the side view the arms of this The hanger has a shape similar to that of an elliptical open ring, where the longer arm at its rounded spherical end is much thicker than the rest of its part, and the shorter arm, also rounded at the end, is more curved than the longer arm and has basically uniform thickness.
