Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób podwyzszenia trwalosci styków.Dotychczas w celu podwyzszenia trwalosci styków zaopatruje sie styki w nakladki o odpo¬ wiednio duzej objetosci, co wiaze sie z uzyciem drogich i trudno dostepnych materialów, z których wykonuje sie nakladki.Sposób podwyzszenia trwalosci styków wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze styk poddaje sie napromieniowaniu dawka promieniowaniajonizujacego od 20 kGy do 2 MGy o mocy nie mniejszej niz 2Gy/s, przy czym jako promieniowanie jonizujace stosuje sie korzystnie promieniowanie elektronów o energii powyzej 0,1 MeV lub promieniowanie gamma o energii powyzej 0,2 MeV.Sposób wedlug wynalazku zapewnia okolo dwukrotne podwyzszenie trwalosci styków bez koniecznosci zwiekszenia objetosci nakladek stykowych. Zezwala takze na uzyskanie styków o normalnej trwalosci przy dwukrotnie zmniejszonej objetosci nakladek stykowych. Sposób wedlug wynalazku stosuje sie na dowolnym etapie wytwarzania styków. Until now, in order to increase the durability of contacts, contacts are equipped with tips with an appropriately large volume, which involves the use of expensive and hard-to-reach materials from which the covers are made. on the fact that the contact is irradiated with a dose of ionizing radiation from 20 kGy to 2 MGy with a power of not less than 2Gy / s, where the ionizing radiation is preferably electron radiation with energy above 0.1 MeV or gamma radiation with energy above 0 The method according to the invention provides about a two-fold increase in the durability of the contacts without the need to increase the volume of the contact tips. It also allows to obtain contacts with normal life with a doubled volume of contact tips. The method according to the invention is applied at any stage of the production of contacts. After treatment with the method according to the invention, the contacts retain their properties during cutting, bending, shaping. The method according to the invention illustrates the following example of a non-limiting range. The contact unit with silver plugs, 1.6 g each, was placed at a distance of 60 cm from the window of the linear electron accelerator with an energy of 8 MeV and irradiated with 1.9 µs pulses at a frequency of 10 Hz for 17 minutes.
