STOJAK EKSPOZYCYJNY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak ekspozycyjny recznych narzedzi, ta- kich jak lopaty, szufle, widly itp. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stojaka ekspozycyjnego przejawia- jaca sie w ksztalcie i proporcjach wymiarów nadajacych stojakowi ekspozycyjnemu nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Stojak ekspozycyjny zapewnia prezentacje narzedzi i oprócz walorów uzytkowych zawiera walory estetyczne, charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego, komponujac stylowo z otoczeniem, w którym jest uzytkowany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyj- nym, w którym Fig. 1 przedstawia stojak w widoku z przodu i Fig. 2 - stojak w widoku perspektywicznym z ukazaniem zawieszonej na nim szufli. Stojak ekspozycyjny ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera podstawe w ksztalcie litery „H", do której w czesci srodkowej przytwier- dzona jest rurowa kolumna. Na górnej koncówce rurowej kolumny jest umocowana górna pozioma pólka z koncówkami wygietymi ku górze. Pod nia, w odleglosci okolo l A dlugosci rurowej kolumny, przytwierdzona jest do rurowej kolumny pozioma poprzeczka, na kon- cach której sa przytwierdzone poziome pólki identycznego ksztaltu jak górna pozioma pól- ka. Wszystkie trzy pólki sa usytuowane równolegle wzgledem siebie. Pólki utworzone sa z pretowej ramki i umozliwiaja zawieszenie narzedzi po obu stronach kazdej pólki, jak uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. PL PLDISPLAY STAND The subject of the industrial design is a display stand for hand tools such as shovels, shovels, forks, etc. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of display stand, manifested in the shape and dimensional proportions that give the display stand a new and original appearance. The display stand provides a presentation of tools and, in addition to its functional qualities, incorporates aesthetic values characteristic of industrial design, stylishly composing with the environment in which it is used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the stand from the front and Fig. 2 - the stand from a perspective view showing a shovel hung on it. The display stand has essential industrial design features, characterized by the fact that it comprises an H-shaped base to which a tubular column is attached in the middle. An upper horizontal shelf with its ends bent upwards is attached to the upper end of the tubular column. Below it, at a distance of approximately 1 A of the length of the tubular column, a horizontal crossbar is attached to the tubular column. At the ends of the crossbar, horizontal shelves of the same shape as the upper horizontal shelf are attached. All three shelves are arranged parallel to each other. The shelves are made of a bar frame and allow for the hanging of tools on both sides of each shelf, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. PL PL
