Fig.1a Fig.1b Fig.2a Fig. 2b Fig.3a Fig.3b Fig.4a Fig.4b Fig.5a Fig.5b Fig.6a Fig.6b Fig.7a Fig.7b Fig.8a Fig. 8b Fig.9a Fig.9b Fig.10a Fig.10b Fig. 11 Fig.11aFig.1a Fig.1bFig.2aFig.3aFig.4aFig.5aFig.6aFig.7aFig.8a Fig.8bFig.9a Fig.9bFig.10a PL PLCorrugated Radiator. The industrial design is for a corrugated radiator, designed specifically for installation in central heating systems for residential and commercial spaces. The radiator, as designed, features a unique design, characterized by an arrangement of supply manifolds and foam heating elements. The vertical radiators are formed from closed slat profiles with a through-pipe in the center, having the shape of an isosceles triangle with slightly curved arms and a rounded top, as shown in Fig. 11, or with a spiral inside the tube, as shown in Fig. 11a. The radiators are arranged on one or both sides, along the entire length or part of the horizontal, wave-shaped collectors, and are connected to the horizontal collectors via connectors located at the base and/or top. The lower collectors are equipped with connection stubs for heating fittings, while the upper collectors have a hole for a vent. Industrial design variants: 1. Radiator with radiators attached by their bases to the concave halves of corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a front perspective view - Fig. 1a, in a bottom view - Fig. 1b. 2. Radiator with radiators attached by their tops to the concave halves of corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a front perspective view - Fig. 2a, in a bottom view - Fig. 2b. 3. Radiator with radiators attached by their bases to the convex halves of corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a front perspective view - Fig. 3a, in a bottom view - Fig. 3b. 4. Radiator with radiators attached by their tops to the convex halves of corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a front perspective view - Fig. 4a, in a bottom view - Fig. 4b. 5. Radiator with radiators attached by their tops to one concave half and their bases to the other concave half of corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a front perspective view - Fig. 5a, in a bottom view - Fig. Sb. 6. Radiator with radiators attached by their bases along the entire length on one side of the corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a front perspective view - Fig. 6a, in a bottom view - Fig. 6b. 7. Radiator with radiators attached with their tops along their entire length to one side of the corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a perspective front view - Fig. 7a, in a bottom view - Fig. 7b. 8. Radiator with radiators attached with their tops along their entire length to both sides of the corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a perspective front view - Fig. 8a, in a bottom view - Fig. 8b. 9. Radiator with radiators attached with their bases to the collectors along their entire length, on both sides of the corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a perspective front view - Fig. 9a, in a bottom view - Fig. 9b. 10. A radiator with radiators mounted with bases along the entire length on one side and tops along the entire length on the other side of the corrugated collectors, as shown in the drawing, in a perspective view from the front - Fig. 10a, in a view from the bottom - Fig. 10b. Essential features of the industrial design The corrugated radiator according to the industrial design is characterized in that the vertical radiators are made of profiles in the form of closed strips with a triangular cross-section, having in a top view the shape of an isosceles triangle with slightly curved arms and a rounded top, and are arranged on one or both sides, along the entire length or on part of the horizontal collectors having a wave shape, and are connected to the horizontal collectors by means of connectors located on the base side and/or on the top side. The lower collectors are equipped with connection stubs for the heating fittings, while the upper collectors have a hole for a vent. Preferably, a spiral is located in the through-pipe. In the first design variant, the radiator has radiators attached at their bases to the concave halves of the corrugated collectors. In the second design variant, the radiator has radiators attached at their tips to the concave halves of the corrugated collectors. In the third design variant, the radiator has radiators attached at their bases to the convex halves of the corrugated collectors. In the fourth design variant, the radiator has radiators attached at their tips to the convex halves of the corrugated collectors. In the fifth design variant, the radiator has radiators attached at their tips to one concave half and at their bases to the other concave half of the corrugated collectors. In the sixth design variant, the radiator has radiators attached at their bases along the entire length, on one side of the corrugated collectors. In the seventh design variant, the radiator has radiators attached with their tops along their entire length, on one side of the corrugated collectors. In the eighth design variant, the radiator has radiators attached with their tops along their entire length, on both sides of the corrugated collectors. In the ninth design variant, the radiator has radiators attached with their bases to the collectors along their entire length, on both sides of the corrugated collectors. In the tenth variant of the design, the radiator has radiators mounted with their bases along their entire length on one side and their tops along their entire length on the other side of the corrugated collectors.
