Pojemnik na wyroby kosmetyczne Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na wyroby kosmetyczne, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe takich wyrobów kosmetycznych, jak: kremy, zele, balsamy lub inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Pojemnik na wyroby kosmetyczne, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wytwarzany w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych lub ze szkla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku ogólnym z góry, zas fig.2 - w widoku od spodu. Scianki boczne 2 czesci pojemnikowej 1 sa wyprofilowane lukowo, z wklesloscia posrodku. Powierzchnia przedniej scianki 3 i tylnej scianki 4 sa w srodkowej czesci nieco wypukle. The subject of the industrial design is a cosmetic container, used as individual packaging for cosmetic products such as creams, gels, balms, and others. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The cosmetic container, in accordance with the industrial design, may be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastic or glass. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a general view from above, and Fig. 2 shows the container in a view from below. The subject of the design is also illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the container from the front and Fig. 4 from the side. Significant Features of the Industrial Design Significant features of the industrial design presented in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in drawings Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 include that the container for cosmetic products has a container part 1 shaped as an elongated solid with an oval outline when viewed from below. The side walls 2 of the container part 1 are arc-shaped, with a concavity in the center. The surfaces of the front wall 3 and rear wall 4 are slightly convex in the center. The walls of the container part join at the top to form a convex surface 5, shaped in the form of connected bowl fragments and converging towards the neck located in the center. A cap 6 is mounted on the neck, widening upwards, with a slight circumferential concavity. The cap 6 is equipped at the top with a hinged flap 7 with a rounded edge. HEINZ PLASTICS Polska Sp. z o.o.
