Segment grzejnika centralnego ogrzewania. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment grzejnika centralnego ogrzewania. Segmenty, zwane potocznie równiez zeberkami, znajduja zastosowanie w budowie grzejników centralnego ogrzewania, szczególnie w wodnych systemach grzewczych, gdzie czynnikiem grzewczym jest ogrzana woda. Segmenty, polaczone ze soba w szereg, stanowia grzejnik centralnego ogrzewania. Segment grzejnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie rysunek fig. 1.1 pokazuje widok segmentu od czola, rysunek fig. 1.2 pokazuje widok perspektywiczny segmentu, rysunek fig 1.3 pokazuje widok segmentu od tylu, zas rysunek fig. 1.4 pokazuje widok segmentu z boku. Segment zawiera kanal pionowy 1 przeplywu czynnika grzewczego polaczony z króccem dolnym 2 i króccem górnym 3. Króciec górny 3 obudowany jest glówka 4 w postaci kieszeni, której sciana górna o lekko lukowatym ksztalcie pochylona jest ukosnie w dól. Od czola segmentu zamocowana jest wzdluz kanalu pionowego 1, plaska plytka przednia 5. Od tylu segmentu, wzdluz kanalupionowego 1 zamocowana jest plaska plytka tylna 6. Jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1.1, plytka przednia polaczona jest z lukowata sciana górna glówki 4 jedynie cienkim srodkowym lacznikiem 7. Tym samym w górnej czesci sciany czolowej segmentu uformowane jest dwudzielne okno przednie. Jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1.3, plytka tylna 6 siega do górnej krawedzi segmentu, u góry jest lekko zagieta do czola segmentu, co pokazano na rysunku fig. 1.2 oraz fig. 1.4 i jest polaczona z tylna krawedzia kieszeni 4 za posrednictwem cienkiego lacznika srodkowego 8. Tym samym w górnej scianie segmentu uformowane jest z tylu dwudzielne górne okno 9. Tylna plytka 6, jak to pokazano na rysunku fig. 1.2 oraz fig. 1.3, posiada okno w dolnej czesci i to okno pokazuje polaczenie kanalu pionowego 1 z króccem dolnym 2. Natomiast w górnej czesci plytka tylna 6 posiada po bokach, mniej wiecej na wysokosci krócca górnego 3, dwa pólkoliste wybrania 10. Jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2 oraz fig. 1.3, pomiedzy plytka przednia 5, a plytka tylna 6, zamocowane sa symetrycznie do kanalu pionowego 1, trzy wzdluzne listwy 11,12,13, równolegle do plytki przedniej 5 i do plytki tylnej 6. Listwa przednia 11 siega do samej góry i jej lukowato zagieta do czola segmentu krawedz 14 widoczna jest w oknie przednim. Pokazano to na rysunku fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2 oraz fig. 1.4. Listwa tylna 13 siega górna krawedzia ponizej dolnej krawedzi okna przedniego, podobnie jak i listwa srodkowa 12, co pokazano na rysunku fig. 1.2 oraz fig. 1,4. W oknie przednim segmentu, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1.1, fig. 1.2 oraz fig. 1.3, widoczna jest równiez górna krawedz ukosnego skrzydelka 15. Ukosneskrzydelko 15 jest zasadniczo, co do ulozenia i wielkosci, podobne do ukosnej czesci 14 listwy przedniej 11, co pokazano na rysunku fig. 1.2 i fig. 1.4. Ukosne skrzydelko 15 jest oddzielone od listwy srodkowej 12. Tak wiec widoczne od czola segmentu górne dwudzielne okno podzielone jest w poziomie górna krawedzia 14 oraz górna krawedzia skrzydelka 15 na trzy czesci. Cechy istotne wzoru prinyilowgo. Segments, also commonly known as fins, are used in the construction of central heating radiators, particularly in water heating systems where heated water is the heating medium. The segments, connected in series, constitute a central heating radiator. The radiator segment according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Figure 1.1 shows a frontal view of the segment, Figure 1.2 shows a perspective view of the segment, Figure 1.3 shows a rear view of the segment, and Figure 1.4 shows a side view of the segment. The segment comprises a vertical heating medium flow channel 1 connected to a lower connector 2 and an upper connector 3. The upper connector 3 is enclosed in a head 4 in the form of a pocket, the upper wall of which has a slightly arched shape and is inclined diagonally downwards. A flat front plate 5 is attached to the front of the segment along the vertical channel 1. A flat rear plate 6 is attached to the rear of the segment, along the vertical channel 1. As shown in Fig. 1.1, the front plate is connected to the arched upper wall of the head 4 only by a thin central connector 7. Thus, a two-part front window is formed in the upper part of the front wall of the segment. As shown in Fig. 1.3, the rear plate 6 reaches to the upper edge of the segment, at the top it is slightly bent towards the front of the segment, which is shown in Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.4, and is connected to the rear edge of the pocket 4 via a thin central connector 8. Thus, a two-part upper window 9 is formed at the rear in the upper wall of the segment. The rear plate 6, as shown in Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.3, has a window in the lower part and this window shows the connection of the vertical channel 1 with the lower stub pipe 2. In the upper part, the rear plate 6 has two semicircular recesses 10 on the sides, approximately at the height of the upper stub pipe 3. As shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.3, between the front plate 5 and the rear plate 6 are attached symmetrically to the vertical channel 1, three longitudinal strips 11, 12, 13, parallel to the front plate 5 and to the rear plate 6. The front strip 11 reaches all the way to the top and its edge 14, bent in an arcuate manner towards the front of the segment, is visible in the front window. This is shown in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.4. The rear strip 13 reaches with its upper edge below the lower edge of the front window, as does the middle strip 12, as shown in Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.4. In the front window of the segment, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.3, the upper edge of the diagonal wing 15 is also visible. The diagonal wing 15 is essentially similar, in its arrangement and size, to the diagonal part 14 of the front strip 11, as shown in Fig. 1.2 and Fig. 1.4. The diagonal wing 15 is separated from the middle strip 12. Thus, the upper two-part window visible from the front of the segment is divided horizontally by the upper edge 14 and the upper edge of the wing 15 into three parts.
