Bloczki betonowe z systemem pióro i wpust o wysokim wspólczynniku izolacyjnosci termicznej moga byc stosowane w róznych grubosciach muru. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie ksztalcie i ilosci piór i wpustów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok na dwa wpusty w bloczku z betonu komórkowe- go, Fig. 2 przedstawia widok na pióro i wpust w bloczku z betonu komórkowego, Fig. 3 przedstawia w widoku z góry dwa bloczki z betonu komórkowego zestawione ra- zem, zas Fig. 4 przedstawia bloczek z betonu komórkowego przedstawiony na ry- sunku technicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Bloczek z betonu komórkowego z systemem pióro i wpust, o grubosci 240 mm, sze- rokosci 250 mm i dlugosci 625 mm, opisac mozna w nastepujacy sposób: • z jednej strony bloczka, znajduja sie pióro i wpust, przy czym pióro posiada szerokosc 24±1 mm, promien R13±1/2 mm i wysokosc 8±1 mm, a odleglosc od krawedzi bloczka do osi pióra wynosi 48±1mm, zas wpust ma szerokosc 29±1 mm, glebokosc 10±1/2 mm, oraz promien wpustu R15,5±1/2 mm; a od-leglosc od krawedzi bloczka do osi wpustu wynosi 48±1 mm. Rozstaw pomie- dzy piórem a wpustem wynosi 144±1 mm i mierzony jest w osiach (Fig 4), • z drugiej strony bloczka znajduja sie dwa wpusty: w odleglosci 48±1 mm od krawedzi bloczka do osi wpustu, znajduje sie wpust o szerokosci 29±1 mm, glebokosci 10±1/2 mm oraz promieniu wpustu R15,5±1/2 mm; drugi wpust znajduje sie w odleglosci 48±1 mm (od krawedzi bloczka do osi wpustu) i ma szerokosc 29±1 mm, glebokosc 10±1/2 mm, a promien wpustu wynosi R15,5±1/2 mm. The industrial design is for an aerated concrete block with a tongue-and-groove system. Concrete blocks with a tongue-and-groove system, with a high thermal insulation coefficient, can be used in various wall thicknesses. The new design manifests itself in the shape and number of tongues and grooves. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of two grooves in an aerated concrete block, Fig. 2 shows a view of the tongue and groove in an aerated concrete block, Fig. 3 shows a top view of two aerated concrete blocks put together, and Fig. 4 shows an aerated concrete block depicted in a technical drawing. Essential features of the industrial design: A aerated concrete block with a tongue and groove system, 240 mm thick, 250 mm wide and 625 mm long, can be described as follows: • on one side of the block, there is a tongue and a groove, the tongue having a width of 24±1 mm, a radius of R13±1/2 mm and a height of 8±1 mm, and the distance from the edge of the block to the tongue axis is 48±1 mm, while the groove has a width of 29±1 mm, a depth of 10±1/2 mm and a groove radius of R15.5±1/2 mm; and the distance from the edge of the block to the groove axis is 48±1 mm. The spacing between the tongue and the groove is 144±1 mm and is measured along the axes (Fig 4), • on the other side of the block there are two grooves: at a distance of 48±1 mm from the edge of the block to the groove axis, there is a groove with a width of 29±1 mm, a depth of 10±1/2 mm and a groove radius of R15.5±1/2 mm; the second groove is located at a distance of 48±1 mm (from the edge of the block to the groove axis) and has a width of 29±1 mm, a depth of 10±1/2 mm, and a groove radius of R15.5±1/2 mm.
