Kolumna stolika Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 04 maja 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kolumna stolika. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kolumny stolika, przejawiajacej sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, fakturze powierzchni i barwie, które nadaja kolumnie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia kolumne stolika w widoku ogólnym z przodu a Fig.2 przedstawia kolumne stolika w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i czesciowo z góry. Kolumna stolika wedlug wzoru posiada podstawe w postaci regularnego osmiokatnego pierscienia, w którym górna krawedz zawiera w swoim narozniku osmiokat-ny pólkolisty ozdobny obwodowy pierscien. Z kazdego naroznika osmiokatnej podstawy sa wyprowadzone hiperboioidalne wsporniki, miedzy którymi znajduja sie hiperboloidalne zwienczajace i wypelniajace gladkie piaty. Hiperboloidalne wsporniki zawieraja trzy srodkowe pólkoliste ozdobne wypuklosci i dwie pólkoliste ozdobne wypuklosci przy swojej dolnej krawedzi, które stykaja sie ze zwienczajacym platami. Miedzy górna powierzchnia osmiokatnego pierscienia a miedzy dolnymi elementami hiperboloidalnych wsporników oraz w czesci dolnej kazdego gladkiego plata zwienczajacego znajduja sie ozdobne listewki majace w górnej swojej czesci lukowate zakonczenie. W górnej czesci kolumna posiada plyte, która sluzy do polaczenia kolumny z blatem stolika, przy czym faktura powierzchni wszystkich elementów przypomina fakture naturalnego drewna, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. l-Fig.2. Kolumna stolika wedlug wzoru jest wykonana z drewna lub z materialów drewnopochodnych majacych fakture naturalnego drewna lub moga byc wykonane z do- wolnego materialu w dowolnym kolorze z zachowaniem ukladu linii i ksztaltu poszczególnych elementów. Kolumna stolika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego podnosi walory dekoracyjne, este- tyczne i uzytkowe wyrobu finalnego lub wyrobu remontowanego. PL PL PLThe right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from: 4th May 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a table column. The essence of the design is a new form of the table column, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, surface texture, and color, which give the column a unique and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the table column in a general front view, and Fig. 2 shows the table column in a perspective view from the front and partially from above. The table column according to the design has a base in the form of a regular octagonal ring, the upper edge of which contains an octagonal semicircular decorative peripheral ring in its corner. Hyperboloid supports extend from each corner of the octagonal base, with hyperboloid supports between them, which top and fill the smooth five-sided panels. The hyperboloid supports contain three central semicircular decorative protrusions and two semicircular decorative protrusions at their lower edges, which contact the top panel. Between the upper surface of the octagonal ring and the lower elements of the hyperboloid supports, as well as at the bottom of each smooth top panel, are decorative strips with an arched top. The upper section of the column includes a plate that serves to connect the column to the tabletop, with the surface texture of all elements resembling natural wood, as shown in the accompanying illustrative material Fig. 1-Fig. 2. The column of a table, according to the pattern, is made of wood or wood-based materials with a natural wood texture, or can be made of any material in any color, while maintaining the line layout and shape of the individual elements. The column of a table, according to the ornamental pattern, enhances the decorative, aesthetic, and functional value of the final product or the renovated product. PL PL PL
