Kostka upominkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kostka upominkowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako upominek ofiarowywany przez Pana Prezydenta gosciom odwiedzajacym Palac Prezydencki. Kostka moze równiez pelnic role pamiatki z pobytu w Palacu Prezydenckim. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - ilustruje kostke upominkowa w widoku ogólnym odmiana 1, zas fig.3 - uwidacznia kostke w widoku ogólnym odmiana 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na rysunku, gdzie fig.2 - obrazuje kostke w widoku z boku odmiana 1, natomiast fig.4 - pokazuje kostke w widoku z boku odmiana 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, pokazanego na fotografii, fig. 1 i na rysunku - fig.2, nalezy zaliczyc, ze kostka upominkowa jest wytworzona z przezroczystego szkla krysztalowego. Ma ona postac bryly zblizonej ksztaltem doprostopadloscianu. Scianka frontowa i scianka tylna kostki sa nieco ukosnie nachylone do poziomu. Frontowa powierzchnia kostki jest przeznaczona do mocowania na niej plytki z wygrawerowana trescia. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 2, pokazanego na fotografii, fig.3 i na rysunku - fig.4, nalezy zaliczyc, ze kostka upominkowa jest wytworzona z przezroczystego szkla krysztalowego. Ma ona postac prostopadloscianu. Frontowa scianka kostki jest przeznaczona do mocowania na niej plytki z wygrawerowana trescia. The cube can also serve as a souvenir from a visit to the Presidential Palace. The essence of the design is a new, individualized form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 illustrates a general view of the gift cube, variant 1, and Fig. 3 shows a general view of the cube, variant 2. The design is also illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 2 shows a side view of the cube, variant 1, and Fig. 4 shows a side view of the cube, variant 2. Significant features of the industrial design: The significant features of industrial design variant 1, shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, and the drawing, Fig. 2, include that the gift cube is made of transparent crystal glass. It has the shape of a solid roughly cuboid. The front and rear walls of the cube are slightly inclined to the horizontal. The front surface of the cube is designed for mounting a plate with engraved text. The essential features of industrial design variant 2, shown in photograph (Fig. 3) and drawing (Fig. 4), include that the gift cube is made of transparent crystal glass.
