Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest grzejnik centralnego ogrzewania z plynnym lub gazowym czynnikiem grzewczym, stosowany zwlaszcza jako grzejnik lazienkowy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa, oryginalna postac grzejnika, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i kolorystyce. Grzejnik zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym jak pokazano na zalaczonych ry- sunkach, zbudowany jest z dwóch równoleglych, pionowych kolektorów o przekroju kolowym lub prostokatnym, polaczonych ze soba szeregiem po- ziomych rurek tworzac lacznie z kolektorami plaszczyzne równolegla do sciany, do której znanymi sposobami przymocowany jest grzejnik. Pionowe kolektory polaczone sa ponadto szeregiem poziomych rurek, które sa wygiete w ksztalcie przypominajacym litere "U" o obnizonej, splaszczonej podstawie i sa polaczone do powierzchni czolowych wspo- mianych kolektorów. Cecha charakterystyczna grzejnika wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest ory- ginalny ksztalt poziomych rurek, które sa giete w dwóch punktach i maja kzstalt tangensoidy usytuowanej poziomo i które sa rozmieszczo- w równych odstepach wzdluz calej wysokosci pionowych kolektorów. The radiator according to the pattern, in addition to its functional values, aims to achieve aesthetic goals. The radiator, as shown in the attached drawings, is constructed of two parallel, vertical collectors of circular or rectangular cross-section, connected by a series of horizontal tubes, forming a plane parallel to the wall to which the radiator is attached using known methods. The vertical collectors are also connected by a series of horizontal tubes, which are bent into a U-shape with a lowered, flattened base and connected to the front surfaces of the aforementioned collectors. A characteristic feature of the radiator according to the decorative pattern is the original shape of the horizontal tubes, which are bent at two points and have a horizontally arranged tangent shape, and which are spaced at equal intervals along the entire height of the vertical collectors. The second characteristic feature of the radiator according to the pattern is the segmented arrangement of horizontal tubes in a U-shape on the front surface of the vertical collectors. A variation of the radiator according to the pattern is a radiator in which horizontal connecting tubes in the shape of a tangent are attached to the vertical collectors, rotated by 180°, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.
