Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przy czym boki tej czesci zbiornikowej zaopatrzone sa w lekko wystajacy pas w postaci zbli- zonej do klina o lukowatych krawedziach, który zweza sie w miare zblizania sie do szyjki wylewowej i obcietego przy niej. Natomiast zarys tej butelki z przodu i z tylu jest zblizony ksztaltem do wyciagnietej i pogrubionej na dole kropelki obcietej od dolu. W widoku z boku stosunek szerokosci dna butelki do najwiekszej szerokosci czesci zbiornikowej do jej szerokosci przy szyjce i do wysokosci butelki ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak 23:32:20:96. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a photograph showing a perspective view of the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - a photograph showing a perspective view of the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 - a drawing showing a view of the bottle from the front, Fig. 4 - a drawing showing a view of the bottle from the side, Fig. 5 - a drawing showing a view of the bottle from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are: a bottle whose reservoir portion, when viewed from the side, has the form of a slender, symmetrical shape with convex, arched walls, set on a thick bottom and terminating in a pouring neck. The sides of this reservoir part are provided with a slightly protruding strip in the form of a wedge-like shape with arched edges, which narrows as it approaches the pouring neck and is cut off at it. Meanwhile, the outline of this bottle at the front and back is similar in shape to an elongated and thickened droplet cut off at the bottom. In a side view, the ratio of the bottle bottom width to the greatest width of the reservoir part to its width at the neck and to the bottle height is approximately 23:32:20:96.
