Przedmiotem wynalazku jest profilaktyczna wkladka dopochwowa, stosowana w szczegól¬ nosci w celu zachowania prawidlowych warunków anatomicznych i fizjologicznych w obrebie miednicy.Dotychczas w celu zachowania prawidlowych warunków anatomicznych i fizjologicznych, w szczególnosci po zakonczeniu okresu pologu lub po wystapieniu objawów obnizania sie narzadu rodnego nie byly stosowane zadne metody profilaktyczne poza porada lekarska sprowadzajaca sie do przeprowadzenia odpowiednich cwiczen. Stosowane byly natomiast protezy biernie podtrzy¬ mujace narzad rodny. Mialy one postac krazków lub kólek, które stabilizowaly wypadajacy narzad rodny badz jego czesci (przednia lub tylna sciana macicy). Protezy te nie zwiekszaly masy miesnio¬ wej, pozostawaly nieruchome wobec tkanek co narazalo na odlezyny i w konsekwencji stan zapalny. Dzialaly one wylacznie w okresie protezowania i nigdy nie prowadzily do przywrócenia prawidlowych warunków anatomicznych i fizjologicznych. On the other hand, prostheses which passively support the reproductive organ were used. They were in the form of pucks or circles that stabilized the prolapsed reproductive organ or its parts (front or back wall of the uterus). These dentures did not increase the muscle mass, they remained immobile in relation to the tissues, which exposed them to bedsores and, as a consequence, inflammation. They only functioned during the prosthesis period and never restored the correct anatomical and physiological conditions. However, surgical treatment that only restores anatomical conditions is only the starting point for the exercises that have already been mentioned. The aim of the invention is to develop a prophylactic vaginal insert which, when used, would prevent the depletion of the reproductive organ and bladder, and would help to keep the uterus in the correct position. and would contribute to the development of a stronger muscular support against the pressure of not only the reproductive organ but also the abdominal pressure.
