KANAP A Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa, korzystnie zawierajaca dwie poduchy siedziska. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kanapy, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz w zewnetrznej powierzchni materialowa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach: na których Fig.1. przedstawia kanape wraz z poduszkami w widoku perspektywicznym od strony przedniego naroza, Fig.2 w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, Fig.3. w widoku z przodu bez poduszek, Fig.4 przedstawia element siedziska. Fig. 5. w widoku z tylu. Kanapa wedlug wzoru, sklada sie z podstawy o cztery nogach, na której umieszczone jest siedzisko oraz dwie czesci boczne i czesc tylna, znamienna tym, ze siedzisko stanowia dwie poduchy, ksztaltem zblizone do prostopadloscianu, natomiast czesci boczne posiadaja ksztalt prostopadloscianu wywijajacego sie ku górze, w plaszczyznie przekroju podluznego, na zewnatrz kanapy. Tylna czesc kanapy jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, posiadajacego na dwóch przeciwleglych scianach wyciecia o ksztalcie dopasowanym do ksztaltu wywiniecia czesci bocznych kanapy. Ponadto na poduchach siedziska, znajdtja sie wzajemnie równolegle barwne pasy o róznych szerokosciach, kontrastujace z tlem poduch siedziska. Podstawa, czesc boczna i czesc tylna wykonana jest z jednobarwnego materialu - korzystnie skóry, kontrastujacego z tlem poduch siedziska. Ponadto dwie krawedzie kazdej z nóg tworza kat ostry z poziomem. Dodatkowo na czesci tylna oparte sa poduazki o przekroju podluznym zblizonym do asteroidy.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kanapa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siedzisko stanowia dwie poduchy, ksztaltem zblizone do prostopadloscianu, natomiast czesci boczne posiadaja ksztalt prostopadloscianu wywijajacego sie ku górze, w plaszczyznie przekroju podluznego, na zewnatrz kanapy. Tylna czesc kanapy wykonana jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu posiadajacego na dwóch przeciwleglych scianach wyciecia o ksztalcie dopasowanym do ksztaltu wywiniecia czesci bocznych kanapy. Ponadto na poduchach siedziska, znajduja sie wzajemnie równolegle barwne pasy o róznych szerokosciach, kontrastujace z tiem poduch siedziska. Podstawa, czesc boczna i czesc tylna wykonana jest z jednobarwnego materialu - korzystnie skóry, kontrastujacego z Dem poduch siedziska. Ponadto dwie krawedzie kazdej z nóg tworza kat ostry z poziomem. Dodatkowo na czesci tylnej kanapy oparte sa korzystnie poduszki o przekroju podluznym zblizonym do asteroidy. PL PLSOFA The subject of the industrial design is a sofa, preferably containing two seat cushions. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sofa, manifested in its shape and outer material surface. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the attached photographs: Fig. 1. shows the sofa with cushions in a perspective view from the front corner; Fig. 2. a side perspective view; Fig. 3. a front view without cushions; Fig. 4. shows the seat element; Fig. 5. a rear view. The sofa, according to the model, consists of a four-legged base on which a seat is placed, two side sections, and a rear section. The seat consists of two cushions, roughly cuboid in shape, while the side sections are cuboid-shaped, curving upwards in the longitudinal section, outwards from the sofa. The rear section of the sofa is cuboid, with cutouts on two opposite walls, shaped to match the curves of the side sections of the sofa. Furthermore, the seat cushions feature parallel colored stripes of varying widths, contrasting with the background of the seat cushions. The base, side sections, and rear section are made of a single-color material—preferably leather—contrasting with the background of the seat cushions. Furthermore, the two edges of each leg form an acute angle with the horizontal. Additionally, the rear section supports cushions with a longitudinal cross-section resembling an asteroid. The industrial design features a sofa characterized by a seat composed of two cushions, roughly cuboid in shape, while the side sections are cuboid-shaped, curving upward in the plane of the longitudinal section, outside the sofa.
