LAMP A Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przed- miotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie i kolorystyce na- daja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form and colors, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The industrial design consists of a lamp in two varieties: Variation 1 - A hanging lamp in the shape of a dice, shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, and Fig. 1.3.; Variation 2 - A wall lamp in the shape of a dice, shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1, and photographs Figs. 2.2 to 2.4; The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows in a simplified manner a lamp in variant 1 - a hanging dice - in a general view, fig. 2 shows a lamp in variant 2 - a wall lamp in the form of a dice - attached to the wall, fig. 2.1 shows a lamp in variant 2 - a wall lamp - in a general view and in the attached photograph, where fig. 1.1 shows a lamp in variant 1 - hanging - in a general view, fig. 1.2 shows a lamp in variant 1 - hanging - lighting - in a general view, fig. 1.3. a lamp in variant 1 - hanging - in a bottom view, in fig. 2.2 a lamp in variant 2 - wall lamp - in a general view, in fig. 2.3 a lamp in variant 2 - wall lamp - illuminating in a general view, in fig. 2.4 a lamp in variant 2 - wall lamp - in a perspective view from above. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The lamp is characterized in that it has the form of a cubic hollow inside, without a wall opposite the light source - which constitutes an illuminating opening - and with holes in a number corresponding to the number of points on each of the remaining faces of a dice, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 2.1 and photographs fig. 1.1 to fig. 2.4. 2. The lamp is characterized in that in variant 1 it has the form of a hanging dice, with the illuminating opening directed downwards, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 1.1 to Fig. 1.3. 3. The lamp is characterized in that in variant 2 it is a wall lamp in the form of a dice attached to the ground with one of its walls and with the illuminating opening directed upwards, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1 and photographs Fig. 2.2 to Fig. 2.4. 4. The lamp is characterized in that it is available in various colours, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1.1 to Fig. 2.4. 5. The lamp is characterized in that the color of the sling and the ceiling cup corresponds to the color of the lamp, wherein the connection of the sling with the fitting is a set of a truncated cone and an elongated truncated cone, and the ceiling cup has the shape of a cone whose base diameter is close to the height, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and the attached photographs Fig. 1.1 to Fig. 1.3.
