Koszulka sportowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszulka sportowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ornamentyce oraz charakterystycznym zdobieniu koszulki sportowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym zawierajacym od fig. 1 do fig.8 oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach; fig. 1, fig. 2 ,fig.3, fig.4, fig.5, fig. 6, fig.7 oraz fig.8. Figury od fig.l do fig.4 przedstawiaja koszulke sportowa wg pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym na fig.l - koszulke wg pierwszej odmiany w widoku z przodu oraz na fig 2 - koszulke wg pierwszej odmiany w widoku z tylu, na fig.3 - koszulke wg pierwszej odmiany w widoku z lewego boku z opuszczonym rekawem oraz na fig.4 - koszulke wg pierwszej odmiany w widoku z lewego boku z podniesionym rekawem. Fig.5 oraz fig.6 przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru przemyslowego natomiast fig.7 oraz fig.8 - trzecia odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. Koszulka sportowa wedlug pierwszej odmiany zostala wykonana z tkaniny w kolorze bialym i posiada krótki, raglanowy rekaw oraz dekolt w ksztalcie trójkata. W dole rekawa, jak szczególowo pokazano na fig.l,fig.2, fig.3, umieszczono element zdobniczy w kolorze czerwonym, przedstawiajacy dwa romby, z których mniejszy zawarto w wiekszym. Tozsamy element zdobniczy wykonano równiez w tyle koszulki na niewielkim, zblizonym do trójkata karczku (co uwidoczniono na fig.2), jak równiez z prawej strony górnej czesci przodu koszulki, co pokazano na fig.l. W miejscu wszycia rekawa, jak szczególowo zademonstrowano na fig.4 oraz fig.l i fig.2, umieszczono czerwony, charakterystyczny element zdobniczy w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „Y". Nadto, w dolnej czesci koszulki wykonano kolejne elementy zdobnicze w kolorze czerwonym tak, ze z boku koszulki (jak zademonstrowano na fig.3 i fig.4) elementy te maja lukowaty ksztalt, natomiast z tylu koszulki (jak zobrazowano na fig.2) element zdobniczy ma charakter lamowanego wykonczenia. W górnej, przedniej czesci koszulki (co pokazano na fig.l) umieszczono asymetrycznie czerwone, poziome, liniowe zdobienia, przy czym z prawej strony koszulki zdobienie jest blisko dwukrotnie krótsze od zdobienia wykonanego z lewej strony koszulki. Na prawym ramieniu koszulki (fig.l) znajduja sie dwie, polaczone ze soba wierzcholkiem, czerwone figury geometryczne w ksztalcie rombu, natomiast na lewym ramieniu (jak pokazano na fig.l i fig.3) umiejscowiono czerwony emblemat z biala, piecioramienna gwiazda. Koszulka sportowa wedlug drugiej odmiany zostala wykonana z tkaniny w kolorze czerwonym i posiada krótki, raglanowy rekaw oraz dekolt w ksztalcie trójkata. W dole rekawa, jak szczególowo pokazano na fig.5 i fig.6, umieszczono element zdobniczy w kolorze bialym, przedstawiajacy dwa romby, z których mniejszy zawarto w wiekszym. Tozsamy element zdobniczy wykonano równiez w tyle koszulki na niewielkim, zblizonym do trójkata karczku (co uwidoczniono na fig.6), jak równiez z prawej strony górnej czesci przodu koszulki, co pokazano na fig.5.W miejscu wszycia rekawa, jak zademonstrowano na fig.5 oraz fig.6, umieszczono bialy, charakterystyczny element zdobniczy w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „Y". Nadto, w dolnej czesci koszulki wykonano kolejne elementy zdobnicze w kolorze bialym tak, ze z boku koszulki elementy te maja lukowaty ksztalt, natomiast z tylu koszulki (jak zobrazowano na fig.6) element zdobniczy ma charakter lamowanego wykonczenia. W górnej, przedniej czesci koszulki (co pokazano na fig.5) umieszczono asymetrycznie biale, poziome, liniowe zdobienia, przy czym z prawej strony koszulki zdobienie jest blisko dwukrotnie krótsze od zdobienia wykonanego z lewej strony koszulki. Na prawym ramieniu koszulki (fig.5) znajduja sie dwie, polaczone ze soba wierzcholkiem, biale figury geometryczne w ksztalcie rombu, natomiast na lewym ramieniu (jak pokazano na fig.5) umiejscowiono czerwony emblemat z biala, piecioramienna gwiazda. Koszulka sportowa wedlug trzeciej odmiany zostala wykonana z tkaniny w kolorze niebieskim i posiada krótki, raglanowy rekaw oraz dekolt w ksztalcie trójkata. W dole rekawa, jak szczególowo pokazano na fig.7 i fig.8, umieszczono element zdobniczy w kolorze bialym, przedstawiajacy dwa romby, z których mniejszy zawarto w wiekszym. Tozsamy element zdobniczy wykonano równiez w tyle koszulki na niewielkim, zblizonym do trójkata karczku (co uwidoczniono na flg.8), jak równiez z prawej strony górnej czesci przodu koszulki, co pokazano na fig.7. W miejscu wszycia rekawa, jak zademonstrowano na fig.7 oraz fig.8, umieszczono bialy, charakterystyczny element zdobniczy w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „Y". Nadto, w dolnej czesci koszulki wykonano kolejne elementy zdobnicze w kolorze bialym tak, ze z boku koszulki elementy te maja lukowaty ksztalt, natomiast z tylu koszulki (jak zobrazowano na fig.8) element zdobniczy ma charakter lamowanego wykonczenia. W górnej, przedniej czesci koszulki (co pokazano na fig.7) umieszczono asymetrycznie biale, poziome, liniowe zdobienia, przy czym z prawejstrony koszulki zdobienie jest blisko dwukrotnie krótsze od zdobienia wykonanego z lewej strony koszulki. Na prawym ramieniu koszulki (jak pokazano na fig.7) znajduja sie dwie, polaczone ze soba wierzcholkiem, biale figury geometryczne w ksztalcie rombu, natomiast na lewym ramieniu umiejscowiono niebieski emblemat z biala, piecioramienna gwiazda. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wedlug pierwszej odmiany przejawiaja sie w ornamentyce, ksztalcie i umiejscowieniu na bialej koszulce sportowej charakterystycznych, czerwonych elementów zdobniczych, z których; - pierwszy, przedstawiajacy figure w postaci dwóch rombów zostal umieszczony w dolnych czesciach rekawów oraz z tylu koszulki na niewielkim trójkatnym karczku, jak równiez z prawej strony górnej czesci przodu koszulki (fig.l, fig.2, fig.3), - drugi, przypominajacy ksztaltem litere „Y" wykonano w miejscu wszycia rekawów (fig.2, fig.4), - trzeci o lukowatym ksztalcie wykonano na bokach koszulki (fig.2, fig.3, fig.4), - czwarty, o charakterze lamowanego wykonczenia wykonano z tylu koszulki (fig.2) - piaty, w postaci asymetrycznych, poziomych, liniowych zdobien umieszczono z przodu koszulki (fig.l) - szósty, w postaci dwóch, polaczonych ze soba wierzcholkiem figur geometrycznych w ksztalcie rombu, znajduje sie na prawym ramieniu koszulki (fig.l), - siódmy w postaci czerwonego emblematu z biala, piecioramienna gwiazda, wykonano na lewym ramieniu koszulki (fig.l, fig.3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wedlug drugiej odmiany przejawiaja sie w ornamentyce, ksztalcie i umiejscowieniu na czerwonej koszulce sportowej charakterystycznych, bialych, uwidocznionych na fig.5 oraz fig.6 elementów zdobniczych, z których; - pierwszy, przedstawiajacy figure w postaci dwóch rombów zostal umieszczony w dolnych czesciach rekawów oraz z tylu koszulki naniewielkim trójkatnym karczku, jak równiez z prawej strony górnej czesci przodu koszulki, - drugi, przypominajacy ksztaltem litere „Y" wykonano w miejscu wszycia rekawów, - trzeci o lukowatym ksztalcie wykonano na bokach koszulki, - czwarty, o charakterze lamowanego wykonczenia wykonano z tylu koszulki, - piaty, w postaci asymetrycznych, poziomych, liniowych zdobien umieszczono z przodu koszulki, - szósty, w postaci dwóch, polaczonych ze soba wierzcholkiem figur geometrycznych w ksztalcie rombu, znajduje sie na prawym ramieniu koszulki, - siódmy, w postaci czerwonego emblematu z biala, piecioramienna gwiazda, wykonano na lewym ramieniu koszulki. PL PLSports T-shirt The subject of the industrial design is a sports T-shirt. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the ornamentation and characteristic decoration of the sports T-shirt. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective drawing containing Fig. 1 to Fig. 8, and, for a better illustration of the design, in figures: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. Figures Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show a sports T-shirt according to the first variant of the industrial design, where Fig. 1 shows a T-shirt according to the first variant in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a T-shirt according to the first variant in a back view, Fig. 3 shows a T-shirt according to the first variant in a left side view with the sleeve down, and Fig. 4 shows a T-shirt according to the first variant in a left side view with the sleeve up. Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show the second variant of the industrial design, while Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 show the third variant of the industrial design. The sports shirt according to the first variant is made of white fabric and has short, raglan sleeves and a triangular neckline. At the bottom of the sleeve, as shown in detail in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, a red decorative element is placed, representing two rhombuses, the smaller of which is contained within the larger one. The same decorative element is also made at the back of the shirt, on a small, triangular-shaped yoke (as shown in Fig. 2), as well as on the right side of the upper front of the shirt, as shown in Fig. 1. At the sleeve seam, as shown in detail in Fig. 4, Fig. 1, and Fig. 2, a distinctive red decorative element in the shape of the letter "Y" is placed. Furthermore, the lower part of the shirt features further red decorative elements, such that on the side (as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4), these elements have an arc-shaped shape, while on the back (as shown in Fig. 2), the decorative element has a bordered finish. The upper front part of the shirt (as shown in Fig. 1) features asymmetrical red horizontal linear decorations, with the decoration on the right side being nearly half as long as the decoration on the left side. The right shoulder of the shirt (Fig. 1) features two red geometric diamond-shaped figures connected at the apex, while the left shoulder (as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3) features a red emblem with a white five-pointed star. The second version of the sports shirt is made of red fabric and features short raglan sleeves and a triangular neckline. At the bottom of the sleeve, as shown in detail in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, there is a white decorative element, representing two rhombuses, the smaller of which is contained within the larger one. The same decorative element is also made at the back of the shirt, on a small, triangle-like yoke (as shown in Fig. 6), as well as on the right side of the upper front of the shirt, as shown in Fig. 5. At the sleeve seam, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, there is a distinctive white decorative element in the shape of the letter "Y." Furthermore, at the bottom of the shirt, further white decorative elements are made, so that on the side of the shirt these elements have an arcuate shape, while on the back of the shirt (as shown in Fig. 6), the decorative element has a bordered finish. The upper front of the shirt (as shown in Fig. 5) features asymmetrical white horizontal linear decorations, with the decoration on the right side of the shirt being nearly half as long as the decoration on the left side. The right shoulder of the shirt (Fig. 5) features two white geometric diamond-shaped figures connected at the top, while the left shoulder (as shown in Fig. 5) features a red emblem with a white five-pointed star. The third variant of the sports shirt is made of blue fabric and has short raglan sleeves and a triangular neckline. At the bottom of the sleeve, as detailed in Figs. 7 and 8, a white decorative element depicting two diamonds, the smaller of which is contained within the larger one. The same decorative element is also made on the back of the shirt, on a small, triangle-like yoke (as shown in fig. 8), as well as on the right side of the upper front of the shirt, as shown in fig. 7. At the sleeve seam, as shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8, a characteristic white decorative element in the shape of the letter "Y" is placed. Furthermore, in the lower part of the shirt, further white decorative elements are made, so that on the side of the shirt these elements have an arc shape, while on the back of the shirt (as shown in fig. 8), the decorative element has the character of a bordered trim. In the upper front part of the shirt (as shown in fig. 7), asymmetrical white, horizontal, linear decorations are placed, with the decoration on the right side of the shirt being almost twice as short as the decoration on the left side of the shirt. On the right shoulder of the shirt (as shown in Fig. 7) are two white geometric figures in the shape of a rhombus, connected at the apex, while on the left shoulder is a blue emblem with a white five-pointed star. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variation are manifested in the ornamentation, shape, and placement of the characteristic red decorative elements on the white sports shirt, of which: - the first one, representing a figure in the form of two rhombuses, was placed in the lower parts of the sleeves and on the back of the shirt on a small triangular yoke, as well as on the right side of the upper part of the front of the shirt (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3), - the second one, resembling the letter "Y", was made where the sleeves were sewn on (fig. 2, fig. 4), - the third one, in an arc-shaped shape, was made on the sides of the shirt (fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4), - the fourth one, in the form of a bordered finish, was made on the back of the shirt (fig. 2), - the fifth one, in the form of asymmetrical, horizontal, linear decorations, was placed on the front of the shirt (fig. 1), - the sixth one, in the form of two geometric figures in the shape of a rhombus, connected by a vertex, is located on the right shoulder of the shirt (fig. 1), - the seventh one, in the form of a red emblem with a white, five-pointed star, was made on the left shoulder of the shirt (fig.1, fig.3). The essential features of the industrial design according to the second variant are visible in the ornamentation, shape and location of the characteristic white decorative elements on the red sports shirt, shown in fig.5 and fig.6, of which; - the first one, representing a figure in the form of two rhombuses, is placed on the lower parts of the sleeves and on the back of the shirt on a small triangular yoke, as well as on the right side of the upper part of the front of the shirt; - the second one, resembling the letter "Y", is made where the sleeves are sewn on; - the third one, in an arched shape, is made on the sides of the shirt; - the fourth one, in the form of a bordered finish, is made on the back of the shirt; - the fifth one, in the form of asymmetrical, horizontal, linear decorations, is placed on the front of the shirt; - the sixth one, in the form of two geometric figures in the shape of a rhombus, connected by their vertices, is located on the right shoulder of the shirt; - the seventh one, in the form of a red emblem with a white, five-pointed star, is made on the left shoulder of the shirt. The essential features of the industrial design according to the third variant are visible in the ornamentation, shape and location of the characteristic white decorative elements on the blue sports shirt, shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8, of which; - the first one, representing a figure in the form of two rhombuses, is placed on the lower parts of the sleeves and on the back of the shirt on a small triangular yoke, as well as on the right side of the upper part of the front of the shirt; - the second one, resembling the letter "Y", is made where the sleeves are sewn on; - the third one, in an arched shape, is made on the sides of the shirt; - the fourth one, in the form of a bordered finish, is made on the back of the shirt; - the fifth one, in the form of asymmetrical, horizontal, linear decorations, is placed on the front of the shirt; - the sixth one, in the form of two geometric figures in the shape of a rhombus, connected by a vertex, is placed on the right shoulder of the shirt; - the seventh one, in the form of a red emblem with a white, five-pointed star, is made on the left shoulder of the shirt.
