Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w przykladach wykonania wedlug fig.l, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4. Figurka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt zaby wykonana z ceramiki, z poliresingu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Figurka ma ksztalt zaby z wylupiastymi oczami i szerokim otworem gebowym oraz krótkimi nogami przednimi i dlugimi nogami - skokami tylnymi. Wymiary wszystkich figurek zab wynosza 22x14,5x12 cm. Pierwsza i druga odmiana posiada nierówna powierzchnie ciala, jakby nakrapiana w odcieniach zieleni jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, wedlug fig. 1 i fig.2.Trzecia i czwarta odmiana figurek zab ma równa powierzchnie ciala w odcieniach zieleni jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, wedlug fig. 3 i fig.4. Przy czym czwarta odmiana figurki przedstawia zabe siedzaca na listku. Cechami istotnymi kazdej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego stanowi charakterystyczny ksztalt zaby z wylupiastymi oczami i szerokim otworem gebowym oraz krótkimi nogami przednimi i dlugimi nogami - skokami tylnymi. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object representing the three-dimensional figure of a frog. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the embodiment examples shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The figurine according to the industrial design has the shape of a frog and is made of ceramic, polyresin, or plastic. The figurine has the shape of a frog with bulging eyes and a wide mouth, as well as short front legs and long hind legs (tarsi). The dimensions of all frog figurines are 22 x 14.5 x 12 cm. The first and second varieties have an uneven body surface, as if speckled with shades of green, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The third and fourth varieties of frog figurines have an even body surface in shades of green, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The fourth variety of figurine depicts a frog sitting on a leaf. The essential features of each industrial design variety are the characteristic shape of the frog with bulging eyes and a wide mouth, as well as short front legs and long legs - hind legs. PM-MSp.J.
