Ornament Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament, przeznaczony do nanoszenia na wszelkich materialach i wyrobach z nich, w tym na wyrobach drewnianych i drewnopochodnych, tworzywach sztucznych, foliach, papierze, materialach wlókienniczych, oraz materialach metalowych oraz na opakowaniach wyrobów, a takze przeznaczony do wykorzystywania w wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, przestawiajacym: fig. 1 - ornament, który na tle bialego okregu, utworzonego kolejno czarna, biala oraz czerwona linia, zawiera umieszczone w tym okregu elementy w postaci dwóch nieregularnych figur geometrycznych w kolorze / brazowym, obwiedzionych czerwona linia; fig. 2 - ornament, który na tle bialego okregu, utworzonego kolejno czerwona, biala oraz czarna linia, zawiera umieszczone w tym okregu elementy w postaci dwóch nieregularnych figur geometrycznych w kolorze czerwonym, obwiedzionych czarna linia;fig. 3 - ornament, który na tle bialego okregu, utworzonego kolejno zielona, biala oraz niebieska linia, zawiana umieszczone w tym okregu elementy w postaci dwóch nieregularnych figur geometrycznych w kolorze zielonym, obwiedzionych niebieska linia, fig. 4 - ornament, który na tle bialego okregu, utworzonego kolejno niebieska, biala oraz zielona linia, zawiera umieszczone w tym okregu elementy w postaci dwóch nieregularnych figur geometrycznych w kolorze niebieskim, obwiedzionych zielona linia; fig. 5 - ornament, który na tle bialego okregu, utworzonego szara oraz czarna linia, zawiera umieszczone w tym okregu elementy w postaci dwóch nieregularnych figur geometrycznych w kolorze szarym, obwiedzionych czarna linia. Cechy istotne ornamentu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze jego elementy stanowia dwie nieregularne figury geometryczne w kolorze brazowym, obwiedzione czerwona linia, wpisane w utworzony kolejno czarna, biala oraz czerwona linia okreg, albo figury w kolorze czerwonym, obwiedzione czarna linia, wpisane w utworzony kolejno czerwona, biala oraz czarna linia okreg, albo figury w kolorze zielonym, obwiedzione niebieska linia, wpisane w utworzony kolejno zielona, biala oraz niebieska linia okreg, albo figury w kolorze niebieskim, obwiedzione zielona linia, wpisane w utworzony kolejno niebieska, biala oraz zielona linia okreg, albo figury w kolorze szarym, obwiedzione czarna linia, wpisane w utworzony szara oraz czarna linia okreg, przy czym tlo okregu jest biale, a jedna figura ma ksztalt zblizony do dwóch polaczonych prostokatów, pionowego oraz poziomego, których jeden wspólny bok przylega lukowo do wewnetrznego obrzeza okregu, a druga figura ma ksztalt zblizony do trójkata, którego jeden bok takze lukowo przylega do wewnetrznego obrzeza okregu.Fig. 1. PL PLOrnamentThe subject of the industrial design is an ornament intended for application to all materials and products made therefrom, including wood and wood-based products, plastics, foils, paper, textiles, and metal materials as well as on product packaging, as well as for use in visual advertising media. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows: Fig. 1 - an ornament which, against the background of a white circle formed successively by black, white, and red lines, contains elements in the form of two irregular geometric figures in brown, outlined by a red line, placed within that circle; Fig. 2 - an ornament which, against the background of a white circle formed successively by red, white, and black lines, contains elements in the form of two irregular geometric figures in red, outlined by a black line, placed within that circle; 3 - an ornament which, against the background of a white circle formed successively by green, white and blue lines, contains elements in the form of two irregular geometric figures in green placed within this circle, outlined by a blue line; fig. 4 - an ornament which, against the background of a white circle formed successively by blue, white and green lines, contains elements in the form of two irregular geometric figures in blue placed within this circle, outlined by a green line; fig. 5 - an ornament which, against the background of a white circle formed successively by grey and black lines, contains elements in the form of two irregular geometric figures in grey placed within this circle, outlined by a black line. The industrial design includes the following varieties: 1 - an ornament consisting of two irregular geometric figures in brown, outlined with a red line, inscribed in a circle formed successively with a black, white and red line, the background of which is white, wherein one figure has a shape similar to two connected rectangles, vertical and horizontal, one common side of which adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc, and the other figure has a shape similar to a triangle, one side of which also adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc; 2 - an ornament consisting of two irregular geometric figures in red, outlined with a black line, inscribed in a circle formed successively with a red, white and black line, the background of which is white, wherein one figure has a shape similar to two connected rectangles, vertical and horizontal, one common side of which adheres to the inner periphery in an arc a circle, and the second figure has a shape similar to a triangle, one side of which also adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc; 3 - an ornament consisting of two irregular geometric figures in green, outlined with a blue line, inscribed in a circle formed successively by green, white and blue lines, the background of which is white, wherein one figure has a shape similar to two connected rectangles, vertical and horizontal, one common side of which adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc, and the second figure has a shape similar to a triangle, one side of which also adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc; 4 - an ornament consisting of two irregular geometric figures in blue, outlined with a green line, inscribed in a circle formed successively by blue, white and green lines, the background of which is white, wherein one figure has a shape similar to two connected rectangles, vertical and horizontal, one common side of which adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc, and the other figure has a shape similar to a triangle, one side of which also adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc; 5 - an ornament consisting of two irregular geometric figures in grey, outlined with a black line, inscribed in a circle formed by grey and black lines, the background of which is white, wherein one figure has a shape similar to two connected rectangles, vertical and horizontal, one common side of which adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc, and the other figure has a shape similar to a triangle, one side of which also adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc. The essential features of the ornament according to the industrial design are that its elements consist of two irregular geometric figures in brown, outlined by a red line, inscribed in a circle formed in turn by a black, white and red line, or figures in red, outlined by a black line, inscribed in a circle formed in turn by a red, white and black line, or figures in green, outlined by a blue line, inscribed in a circle formed in turn by a green, white and blue line, or figures in blue, outlined by a green line, inscribed in a circle formed in turn by a blue, white and green line, or figures in grey, outlined by a black line, inscribed in a circle formed in turn by a grey and black line, wherein the background of the circle is white, and one figure has a shape similar to two connected rectangles, vertical and horizontal, one common side of which adheres in an arc to the inner periphery of the circle, and the other figure has a shape similar to a triangle, one side of which also adheres to the inner periphery of the circle in an arc.
