Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób walcowania rur poprzecznie zebrowanych bimetalowych oraz zespól narzedzi do walcowania rur poprzecznie zebrowanych bimetalowych, zwlaszcza o malych grubosciach zeber, znajdujacych zastosowanie w wymiennikach ciepla.Walcowanie zeber na rurach polega na dociskaniu obrotowo napedzanych wielokrazkowych narzedzi do powierzchni rury. Zazwyczaj stosuje sie zestaw trzech narzedzi, zawierajacy zespoly krazków realizujacych kilka faz wytwarzania zebra, którymi sa nacinanie rury, wyciaganie zebra i formowanie ksztaltu zebra.W przypadku wytwarzania rur bimetalowych dodatkowo dociska sie rure zewnetrzna uzebro- wana do rury wewnetrznej rdzeniowej, dla zapewnienia dobrego przylegania rur i poprawy przewodzenia ciepla.Znany jest sposób walcowania zeber, w którym realizuje sie dociskanie rury zewnetrznej do rury wewnetrznej w ostatniej fazie formowania ksztaltu zeber. Taka konstrukcja narze¬ dzia umozliwia w pierwszej fazie uksztaltowanie niskiego zebra, a nastepnie jego intensywne obustronne pocieranie z jednoczesnym zwiekszeniem wysokosci. Wady te powoduja miejscowe pekniecia zebra i w rezultacie doprowadzaja do zniszczenia wstegi zebra w fazie wielokrotnego przeginania. Przez powiekszenie srednicy zewnetrznej ostatniego krazka podporowego — ten najmniej obciazony silami poosiowymi krazek wykonuje dodatkowa prace dociskania rury zewnetrznej do rury rdzeniowej. Krazki podporowe 7 i 8 maja profil w pierwszej — w kierunku walcowania — czesci odpowiadajacy profilowi ostatniego krazka formujacego, a w drugiej czesci paraboliczny. Rolling of ribs on pipes consists in pressing rotatingly driven multi-groove tools against the surface of the pipe. Typically, a set of three tools is used, consisting of sets of discs carrying out several phases of zebra production, which are pipe cutting, drawing the zebra and forming a zebra shape. In the production of bimetallic pipes, the outer pipe is additionally pressed to the inner core pipe to ensure good adhesion. There is a known method of rolling ribs, which presses the outer tube against the inner tube in the last phase of forming the rib shape. In this method, described, for example, in USSR Patent No. 217344, all the tools are equipped with the last - in the rolling direction - discs with an enlarged diameter, which create additional radial forces which press the pipes. It has been observed, however, that as a result of the frictional forces and the enlargement of the friction perimeter of the ribs, radial forces occur in it in the opposite direction, causing the material of the outer tube to tear away from the inner tube and, consequently, the formation of a sub-ribbing and thus a gap between the tubes. of bimetallic pipes is known from the Polish patent description No. 79817. In this tool, in order to eliminate the inter-pipe gap, an additional set of asymmetrical, flat-converging discs was used. Such a construction of the tool allows in the first phase to form a low zebra, and then its intensive rubbing on both sides with a simultaneous increase in height. The friction process has a tendency to increase the circumference of the zebra, which, with the radial limitation of the metal in the area adjacent to the tops of the precursors, leads to the formation of a string directly below the ribs. The set of asymmetrical discs performs work that causes that the previously created string is shifted to the area of direct interaction of the last pressing disc. The implementation of the above-presented method of pressing the outer pipe against the inner pipe with the use of several asymmetrical discs results in the practical use of a significant axial axial thinning. solutions for rolling collected pipes with very small pitches and small rib thicknesses. It is also known from the Polish patent specification No. 113 419 the method of rolling ribs by introducing, after the initial cutting of the pipe, drawing and forming a zebra, additional operations consisting in stressing and then bending the ribs several times in relation to the axis perpendicular to the rolling direction and pressing the outer tube against the core tube during bending. The tool for carrying out this method includes, in addition to the known sections of the preconditioning discs - a support disc, increasing the rigidity of the tool, and a preliminary deflecting rib, sections of the flexing discs separated by a certain distance from this disc, inside which the compressing discs are located, as well as the last, straight ring. The method and tool according to the invention can industrially carry out the rolling of ribs with a relatively large average thickness of not less than 0.45 mm and an average slenderness of up to 1:40. With further thinning of zebra, some defects of the surface of smooth tubes - batch tubes, within the norms of tube production, have a significant impact on the production of zebra. These defects cause local cracks in the zebra and as a result lead to the destruction of the zebra web in the phase of multiple bending. The essence of the method according to the invention for rolling cross-ribbed pipes with bimetallic rotating tools with profiled discs, in which the external pipe is pre-cut, the rib is pulled out and its shape is formed, Immediately after forming the zebra, the outer pipe is pressed against the core pipe and - in the final phase of rolling - the rib is straightened, it consists in the fact that the rib after forming bends in the direction of rolling non-linearly, preferably parabolic, and then the outer pipe is pressed against the pipe The ribbing of the zebra and pressing the external pipe against the core pipe is carried out during one turn of the pipe, and then the rib straightens. In the rolling method shown, the rib bends one-sided non-linearly - probable, thanks to which the bending of the zebra at its base is insignificant, which protects them against destruction m even in the case of local zebra cracks caused by defects in the cylindrical surface of the pipe. Moreover, pressing the outer tube against the core-inner tube realized directly after bending the zebra during one rotation eliminates the necessity of guiding the zebra through the subsequent phases of its treatment, reducing the number of bends that are harmful to very thin ribs. This method enables industrial rolling of, for example, aluminum pipes with an average thickness of 0.3 to 0.4 mm. The essence of the tool set for rolling cross-finned bimetallic pipes according to the invention consists in the fact that a set of three tools, each of which contains pulleys profiled forming sections for cutting the pipe, sections for drawing the zebra and sections for forming a zebra shape as well as support pulley and straightening pulley, have support pulleys with a profile of the first - in the rolling direction - part corresponding to the profile of the last forming pulley, and the second part to the concave profile. The outer diameter of the last - in the rolling direction - support pulley is 0.1 to 0.8 mm larger than the outer diameter of the other support disks. The concave profile of the second part of the support discs is preferably a parabola segment in the range x from 0 to 6 mm with the equation y = Ax2 + Bx + C, where the x axis is the axis of the tool, the axis y lies in the plane of the base of the support disc, factor A0, the coefficient B0 and the coefficient C correspond to the radius of the base of the support disc. The rolling tool assembly is characterized by high stiffness and simple construction. By increasing the outer diameter of the last supporting pulley - this pulley, the least loaded with axial forces, performs additional work of pressing the outer pipe against the core pipe. It turned out that such pressing with one support pulley, after prior bending of the zebra, makes it possible to obtain bimetallic pipes with practically no inter-pipe gap, 139849 3 with correct heat conduction parameters. The parabolic shape of the supporting discs is close to the optimal cross-sectional shape of the supporting disc with a constant bending strength due to rolling forces. The invention will be presented in more detail in the drawings, where Fig. 1 is a section through a tool assembly in a plane perpendicular to the rolling axis, Fig. 2 is a sectional view. axially through one of the first two - in the rolling direction - tools, Fig. 3 is an axial section of the last - in the rolling direction - tool, and Fig. 4 shows the structure of the support roller. The set of tools consists of three tools 1, 2 and 3 placed every 120 °, around the outer tube 4, inside which the core tube 5 is placed. The tools are composed of the known profiled disks 6, forming sections for cutting the tube, extracting the zebra and shaping its shape, support disks 7 and 8 and straightening disks 9. Support disks 7 and 8 have a profile in the first part - in the rolling direction - corresponding to the profile of the last forming pulley, and in the second part parabolic. The parabola satisfies the relationship y = Ax2 + Bx + C, where x is the axial distance of the disc profile point from the disc base 10, C is the radius of the support disc base 10, y is the radial distance of the supporting disc profile point AX) and B ^ O. The selection of sizes A and B depends on the geometry of the ribs and the diameter of the charge tube - the outer tube 4. The outer tube 4 together with the core tube 5, after passing through the impact zone of the profiled discs 6, moves in a rotary-progressive (spiral) motion to the support discs interaction zone 7 i8. Support discs 7 placed in the first - in the direction of rolling - tools 1 and 2 bend the rib 11 parabolically. The support disc 8, placed on the third, last tool 3, has an outer diameter 0.1 to 0.8 mm greater than the outer diameter of the first discs 7. Increasing the diameter causes the external pipe 4 to press against the core pipe 5. The rib 11 is straightened in the last phase of rolling with a straightening disc 9. Patent claims 1. The method of rolling cross-ribbed bimetallic pipes with rotating tools with profiled discs, in which the external pipe is pre-cut the ribs are stretched out and its shape is formed directly after forming the zebra, the outer tube is pressed against the core pipe and at the end of rolling the rib is straightened, characterized by the fact that after forming the rib, it bends parabolic towards the rolling and then presses the outer pipe against the core pipe, while bending the zebra and pressing the outer pipe against the pipe the core is carried out during one revolution of the tube, after which the rib is straightened. 2. A set of tools for rolling cross-ribbed bimetallic tubes, consisting of three tools, each of which includes profiled discs forming pipe cutting sections, zebra cutting sections and zebra-forming sections, as well as support disc and straightening disc, characterized by the fact that the support discs have profiles o the first - in the direction of the rollers - the part corresponding to the profile of the last forming pulley and the second part with a concave profile, and that the outer diameter of the last - in the rolling direction - of the ego support disc is greater by 0.1 to 0.8 mm than the outer diameter of the other supporting discs. 3.
