Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do awa¬ ryjnego hamowania naczyn wydobywczych w szy¬ bach na wolnych drogach przejazdu.Znane urzadzenie do hamowania awaryjnego na¬ czyn wyciagowych stanowia dwie prowadnice za¬ mocowane do bloków naczynia a obejmujace drewniane prowadniki o zwiekszajacej sie grubosci.Naczynie wyjezdzajac "w wolne drogi przejazdu przesuwa sie wraz z prowadnicami wzdluz zgrubio- nych prowadników powodujac ich zgniatanie. Sila hamujaca jest wynikiem zgniatania drewnianych prowadników.Wada opisanego urzadzenia jest brak mozliwosci uzyskania zalozonej wartosci sily hamowania ze wzgledu na to, ze uzywane do budowy prowadni¬ ków drewno ma niejednorodna budowe co powo¬ duje silna anizotropowosc wlasnosci mechanicz¬ nych. Another known device for the loss of kinetic energy in the extraction vessels consists of skids of variable thickness attached to the extraction vessel along their length, and enclosed by sliding elements, of which at least one with each pair of connections ony is with the structure of the tower through a rubber element. The extraction vessel, entering the free road, slides the skids of variable thickness into the sliding elements, causing compression of the rubber elements. During the sliding, a frictional force is generated, which is a braking force. The disadvantage of the described device is its large weight, especially for hoisting devices with a lifting capacity of over 15 tons. According to the invention, the device is fixed to the shaft tower, on the free path of the vessels, friction strips of increasing thickness, on which braking units are movably mounted, which contain elastic elements with a high coefficient of elasticity. Due to the use of the device according to the invention, the braking forces are obtained in accordance with the assumed course over the entire braking distance of the extraction vessel. By using a compact structure and increasing the number of friction surfaces, greater values of braking forces are obtained, compared to the existing solutions. Thanks to this, this device can be used in hoisting devices up to 50 tons of lifting capacity. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagram of a fragment of the brake unit cooperating with one friction strip, in front view, and Fig. 2 - the same part of the brake unit in side view. According to the invention, the device comprises friction bars 2 permanently attached to the shaft structure 1 of increasing thickness, on which brake units 3 are movably mounted, formed by the steel structure 4. Inside the steel structure 4 elastic rubber segments 5 are placed. The extraction vessel 6, when entering the free road, hits the protrusion of the steel structure 4 causing it to shift relative to the slats 2.
