Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest charakterystyczny uklad figur geometrycznych takich jak kwadraty i prostokaty oraz elementów graficznych takich jak liscie, przejawiajacy sie w ich wzajemnym rozmieszczeniu. Dywan ma postac prostokata. Od zewnetrznego brzegu do wewnatrz biegna cztery takiej samej grubosci pasy stanowiace ramke. W dwóch przeciwleglych rogach dywanu umieszczono po jednym trójkacie, których podstawa jest lekko wygieta w ksztalt luku. Pozostala czesc wnetrza jest odcienia jasniejszego z licznymi, regularnymi cieniowaniami. W centralnej czesci umieszczona zostala grubsza ramka, w widoczny sposób przedzielona na pól, wewnatrz której znajduja sie trzy ozdobne kwiaty zlozone z lisci. Pomiedzy nimi, widoczne sa linie przypominajace wygiete lodygi. Stwarzaja one wrazenie wylaniania sie zza ramki, ponadto nachodza na kwiaty. Symetrycznie, po obu stronach ramki, przy wezszych bokach umieszczono identyczne fantazyjne elementy w postaci prostokata, podzielonego na dziewiec mniejszych prostokacików i kwadratów. Ulozone sa ona naprzemiennie. Na powierzchni prostokacików znajduja sie elementy przypominajace liscie. Jego powierzchnia jest podzielona na dwie czesci - jasniejsza i ciemniejsza. Pomiedzy biegnie cienka oddzielajaca linia. Kwadraty równiez sa podzielone na dwie nieregularne czesci. Przez caly dlugi prostokat, podzielony na mniejsze prostokaty i kwadraty, biegnie wijaca sie linia, stwarzajaca wrazenie umieszczenia za calym dlugim prostokatem. Identyczny motyw w calosci jest powtórzony po przeciwnej stronie prostokata.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dywan w rzucie pionowym. Przez caly dlugi prostokat, podzielony na mniejsze prostokaty i kwadraty, biegnie wijaca sie linia, stwarzajaca wrazenie umieszczenia za calym dlugim prostokatem. The essence of the industrial design is the distinctive arrangement of geometric figures such as squares and rectangles, as well as graphic elements such as leaves, manifested in their mutual arrangement. The carpet is rectangular. Four equally thick strips run from the outer edge inward, forming a frame. In two opposite corners of the carpet, a triangle is placed, each with a slightly curved base. The remainder of the interior is a lighter shade with numerous, regular shadings. In the central section, a thicker frame is placed, visibly divided in half, within which are three decorative flowers composed of leaves. Between them, lines resembling curved stems are visible. These create the impression of emerging from behind the frame and also overlap the flowers. Symmetrically, on both sides of the frame, on the narrower sides, are identical, fanciful elements in the form of a rectangle divided into nine smaller rectangles and squares. These are arranged alternately. The rectangles' surfaces feature leaf-like elements. Its surface is divided into two parts—one lighter and one darker. A thin dividing line runs between them. The squares are also divided into two irregular parts. A winding line runs along the entire long rectangle, divided into smaller rectangles and squares, creating the impression of being placed behind the entire long rectangle. The identical motif is repeated in its entirety on the opposite side of the rectangle. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a carpet in vertical projection.
