Segment srodkowy oslony zderzaka pojazdu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma postac profilowanej plyty, która w widoku z przodu i tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, w widoku z góry i z dolu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, a w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do litery U. Ponadto, w widoku z przodu segment srodkowy ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego, z centralnie umieszczonym wytloczeniem majacym ksztalt zblizony do trapezu. U góry segmentu przy zewnetrznych krawedziach znajduja sie wystepy o nieregularnym ksztalcie z widocznymi nieregularnymiwytloczeniami, przy czym jeden z boków wytloczenia ma ksztalt lukowaty. W polu wystepu znajduje sie otwór. Od lukowatego boku wystepu odchodzi wystep o ksztalcie wielokata na którym znajduje sie otwór. Natomiast, u dolu segmentu przy zewnetrznych krawedziach znajduje sie para profilowanych wystepów o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata z centralnie umieszczonym otworem. W widoku z boku dolna krawedz segmentu oraz wystepy umieszczone przy górnej krawedzi segmentu sa lukowato zagiete do tylu. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the central segment of the vehicle bumper cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the segment, Fig. 2 shows the segment from the front, Fig. 3 shows the segment from the rear, Fig. 4 shows the segment from above, Fig. 5 shows the segment from below, Fig. 6 shows the segment from one side, and Fig. 7 shows the segment from the other side. The center segment of a vehicle bumper guard, based on an industrial design, has the following significant features: it is a profiled plate that, when viewed from the front and rear, has a trapezoidal shape, when viewed from above and below, a rectangular shape, and a U-shaped shape from the side. Furthermore, when viewed from the front, the center segment has a shape similar to an isosceles trapezoid, with a centrally located trapezoidal embossment. At the top of the segment, at the outer edges, there are irregularly shaped protrusions with visible irregular embossing, with one side of the embossment being arcuate. There is an opening in the protrusion area. A polygonal protrusion extends from the arcuate side of the protrusion, which also has an opening. Meanwhile, at the bottom of the segment, near the outer edges, there is a pair of profiled projections in a shape similar to a rectangle with a centrally located hole. In a side view, the lower edge of the segment and the projections located at the upper edge of the segment are bent backwards in an arc-like manner. Furthermore, in a top view, at the upper edge of the segment, there are four symmetrically arranged projections with an elongated hole visible, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
