Naklad 100 egz Cena 130 zl PLThe subject of the invention is an anticorrosive agent for the protection, especially of the heat exchanger tubes of water boilers against corrosion during standstill. Heat exchanger tubes of water boilers are subject to particularly intense corrosion during the boiler shutdown period, due to the accumulation of corrosive aggressive deposits on their surface and high humidity and water condensation on the surface. A method of protecting heat exchanger tubes against corrosion is to coat them with a layer of water-oil emulsion with high protective properties. Water-oil emulsions are known [Ferrocoat, Zerust (USA), Impol W and Emulkor E (Poland), Catalog of domestic chemical adjuvants for industry - Wydawnictwa Akcydensowe, W-wa (1980)] based on emulsifying oils and organic corrosion inhibitors in the form of amines, fatty acids and amine salts with fatty acids, for example triethylamine oleate or morphoin pelargonate, containing biocides intended for temporary protection of metal products. They do not contain waxes and sodium nitrite. The disadvantages of these emulsions are poor anticorrosive properties, low wetting and penetrating ability of surface sediments and corrosion products, low tolerance to organic contamination on the surface of metals. According to Polish patent description No. 139087, the agent consisting of: 5-40 % by weight of emulsifying oil with a viscosity at 50 ° C not higher than 25 cSt, a flash point not lower than 140 ° C and a pour point not higher than + 5 ° C, 0.1-3% by weight of sodium nitrite, 0-5% "By weight of synthetic wax, 0-2% biocide and 50-94.5% of water with a hardness not higher than 10 ° N, it provides high protective properties of the obtained water-oil emulsions with the addition of biocide. The inconvenience of a water-oil emulsion according to the Polish description. Patent No. 139 087, is the toxic property of the inhibitor used in the form of sodium nitrite. Anticorrosive agent according to the invention, especially for the protection of heat exchanger tubes in boilers in water systems against corrosion during standstill, consisting of emulsifying oil O FOLK PATENT OFFICE PRL2 140 783 a flash point not lower than 40 ° C and a freezing point not higher than 5 ° C, corrosion inhibitors, biocide, synthetic wax and water with a hardness not higher than 10 ° N, it is characterized by the fact that as an inorganic corrosion inhibitor it contains: trisodium phosphate in the amount of 0.01-5% and / or disodium phosphate in the amount of 0.01-5% with the content of emulsifying oil with a viscosity not higher than 30cSt at 50 ° C in the amount of 5-50%, synthetic wax in the amount of 0-10% by weight, biocide in the amount of 0-3.5% and water in the amount of 22.5-94.48%. The protective properties of the anticorrosive agent in question were assessed through laboratory and field tests. The protective properties were five times higher than those of the Impol W and Emulkor E emulsions. Moreover, it was found that the anticorrosive agent according to the invention has a very high ability to penetrate the layers of surface deposits, which eliminates the need for mechanical cleaning of the surface from loose corrosion products. The results of the laboratory tests are presented in the table. Table.
