Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zestaw elementów prefabrykowanych przeznaczonych do for¬ mowania stropów kasetonowych z plaskim sufitem, przeznaczony do stosowania w budownictwie miejskim.Wiekszosc stropów stosowanych w budownictwie ma charakter ustrojów jednokierunkowo zginanych. Dotyczy to zarówno stropów gestozebrowych, w których element nosny jest formo¬ wany z drobnowymiarowych pustaków betonowych lub ceramicznych jak i stropów z prefabryko¬ wanych elementów plytowych. Znacznie bardzie efektywne statycznie stropy dwukierunkowo zginane stosowane sa rzadko i prawie wylacznie w wykonaniu monolitycznym. Wynika to z zupelnego braku elementów prefabrykowanych sluzacych do formowania ustroju nosnego takich stropów i spelniajacych w nich role, jaka w powszechnie stosowanych stropach gestozebrowych spelniaja pustaki. Sporadycznie podejmowane próby wykorzystania do tej roli bloczków sciennych z betonów komórkowych nie wyszly poza stadium realizacji prototypowych ze wzgledu na oczywi¬ ste mankamenty techniczne i eksploatacyjne. Celem wynalazku jest stworzenie zestawu elementów prefabrykowanych sluzacych do formowania zelbetowych stropów kasetonowych z plaskim sufi¬ tem, a zagadnieniem technicznym wymagajacym rozwiazania —opracowanie konstrukcji elemen¬ tów wchodzacych w sklad zestawu.Zgodnie z wynalazkiem zagadnienie to rozwiazano przez skonstruowanie dwóch kwadrato¬ wych elementów, z których kazdy zlozony jest z plyty i zeberka tworzacego zamkniety obwód. W stykach tak skonstruowanych elementów ulozonych na kwadratowej siatce modularnej zeberkami „do siebie*' powstaja kanaly zamkniete od dolu wystajaca czescia plyty dolnego elementu, które po zazbrojeniu i zabetonowaniu tworza belki stropu kasetonowego. Zestaw elementów wedlug wyna¬ lazku umozliwia latwe wykonywanie bardzo efektywnych statycznie, a tym samym oszczednych materialowo stropów kasetonowych bez koniecznosci stosowania jakiegokolwiek deskowania.Przedmiot wynalazku pokazano na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut poziomy elementu górnego, fig. 2 —jego przekrój poprzeczny, fig, 3— rzut poziomy elementu dolnego, fig. 42 140805 - jego przekrój poprzeczny, fig. 5- rzut poziomy przykladowego rozwiazania stropu, a fig. 6- przekrój poprzecznystropu. .,,,., W sklad zestawu wchodza dwa elementy: górny 11 dolny 2.Jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 3 obydwa elementy maja w rzucie poziomym ksztalt kwadratu Element górny 1 sklada sie z plyty podlogowej 3 i zeberka obwodowego 4 z dyblami 5. Element dolny sklada sie z plyty sufitowej 6 i zeberka 7 z dyblami 8. Wymiary elementów w osiach zeberka sa takie same, natomiast plyta 6 elementu dolnego 2 wystaje poza obrysjego zeberka 7. Elementy 112 zestawu sa ukladane w polach kwadratowej siatki modularnej 9. Jak pokazano na fig. 6 elementyte sa ukladane w ten sposób, ze zeberko 4 elementu górnego 1 wystaje ku dolowi, zas zeberko 7 elementu dolnego 2 ku górze, tak ze obydwa elementy stykaja sie ze soba zeberkami. Most of the ceilings used in construction are in the nature of unidirectional bending structures. This applies to both Gesture-block ceilings in which the load-bearing element is formed of small-size concrete or ceramic blocks, and to ceilings made of prefabricated panel elements. The much more statically effective, bidirectionally bent floors are rarely and almost exclusively used in monolithic execution. This is due to the complete lack of prefabricated elements used to form the load-bearing structure of such ceilings and fulfilling the role in them, which are fulfilled by hollow bricks in the commonly used gestational-rib ceilings. Occasional attempts to use cellular concrete wall blocks for this role did not go beyond the prototype stage due to obvious technical and operational shortcomings. The set of elements according to the invention makes it possible to easily produce very statically effective and hence material-saving cassette ceilings without the need for any formwork.
