Zbiornik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 29.05.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zbiornik wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do gromadzenia scieków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na fotografiach i rysunku fig. 1 -3, gdzie fig.1 przedstawia fotografie zbiornika w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig.2 obrazuje ksztalt karbów w przekroju poprzecznym poprowadzonym przez owal zbiornika, zas fig.3 przedstawia widok jednego segmentu karbu od strony owalnej pobocznicy zbiornika. Zbiornik wedlug wzoru, wykonany jest w calosci z tworzywa sztucznego i posiada ksztalt beczki, z dwiema wypuklymi dennicami, ulozonej poziomo. W górnej czesci dennic usytuowane sa wyprofilowania. Na szczycie zbiornika usytuowane sa otwory górne. Zbiornik charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na obwodzie wykonane ma karby 1, z których kazdy w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt odwróconej litery „U" tak, ze zbiornik w ogólnym zarysie ma równiez ksztalt odwróconej litery „U", zas w widoku od strony pobocznicy owalnej czesci zbiornika, karby 1 tworza powtarzajacy sie modul zblizony ksztaltem do litery„U". Koncowe karby 1 zbiornika lagodnie lacza sie z dennicami. Otwory górne, wyprofilowania w dennicach oraz zewnetrzne linie karbów 1 usytuowane sa w jednej poziomej plaszczyznie, na szczycie zbiornika Ja k pokazano na fotografii. PL PL PLThe right to register the ornamental design has been in effect since May 29, 2000. The design is a tank made of plastic, intended primarily for collecting sewage. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The design is presented in photographs and drawings in Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective side view of the tank, Fig. 2 illustrates the shape of the notches in a cross-section through the tank's oval shape, and Fig. 3 shows a view of one notch segment from the side of the oval tank. The tank, according to the design, is made entirely of plastic and has the shape of a barrel, with two convex bottoms arranged horizontally. The tops of the bottoms are profiled. The tops of the tank have top openings. The tank is characterized by the fact that it has notches 1 on its circumference, each of which in the cross-section has the shape of an inverted "U" so that the tank in its general outline also has the shape of an inverted "U". When viewed from the side of the oval part of the tank, the notches 1 create a repeating module similar in shape to the letter "U". The end notches 1 of the tank smoothly connect with the bottoms. The top holes, the profiles in the bottoms and the external lines of the notches 1 are located in one horizontal plane, at the top of the tank as shown in the photograph. PL PL PL
