Description

Zastrzezenie patentowe Zasobnik, zwlaszcza do przechowywania przedmiotów produkcyjnych, majacy scianki czo¬ lowe oraz listwy podluzne polaczone z nimi i tworzace sztywna azurowa konstrukcje, znamienny tym, ze sciany czolowe (3) sa polaczone rozlacznie listwami podluznymi (4), do których przymoco¬ wane sa rozlacznie w otworach montazowych (5) prowadnice (1), na których plaszczyznach uformowane sa wypusty (2) o ksztalcie stozków lub pryzm majace kat wierzcholkowy prosty.141476 4- Fig.2 Fig. 3 PLThe subject of the invention is a container, especially for storing production items, the task of which is to enable the storage of flat items without the possibility of damaging their walls during production, handling and storage. Containers of all kinds used for various purposes and for temporary or long-term storage of items are known. production or semi-finished products. Cartridges for storing electronic boards during their manufacture or in the etching process by various methods are also known. However, known containers have shortcomings and shortcomings which cause damage to the blank or product. The trays should be constructed in such a way that the tiles, during their technological storage, retain their shape and the drawing applied to their surfaces. Known containers with fastenings of electronic boards most often scratched the drawing on the walls at the contact point, disqualifying the semi-finished product or the finished product, which was a loss for the plant. consisting of a connecting rigid structure and a substrate for attaching guides on the surfaces of which there are shaped projections in the shape of regular cones or a pile with a vertex angle, usually straight. Such a design of the object storage supports prevents damage to the surface of one or two-sided printed electronic connections or other from scraping, because these objects only touch the support with their edges. The magazine according to the invention is characterized by high durability, easy placement of production items in it without any collisions with the items in the container and completely safe storage between operational or warehouse. Thanks to the appropriately positioned on the front walls, the containers are to be placed one above the other. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in an axometric view, Fig. Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of this guide. 1 141 476 The end walls 3 with centering holes 7 and pins 6 and any holes 8 for easier transfer and weight reduction, are connected by longitudinal bars 4 to form a rigid azure and detachable structure. The guides 1 are attached to the longitudinal slats 4, by means of screws in the mounting holes 5 from the inside of the container, and with the tongues 2 directed towards the inside. Due to the fact that the protrusions 2 are vertically and horizontally formed on the guide, spaces are created between them for the insertion of production items and the guide 1 for inter-operative or storage storage. The container is characterized by high rigidity of the structure and individual components, and high accuracy of the points of the guides 1 gripping, which is a necessary condition for obtaining correct objects without deformation and surface damage. A further advantage of this type of azure structure and the applied guides is the possibility of inserting still wet objects into them, for example after masking electronic circuit boards at printed circuits, after applying silk-screen printing and similar procedures, thus saving the area of storage areas necessary for drying, while the possibility of placing the trays in above the second one, it saves storage space. Patent claim A container, especially for storing production items, having end walls and longitudinal strips connected to them and forming a rigid azure structure, characterized in that the front walls (3) are connected separately by elongated strips (4 ), to which the guides (1) are separately attached in the mounting holes (5), on the planes of which are formed cones (2) in the shape of cones or prisms with a right apex angle. 141476 4- Fig. 2 Fig. 3 EN
