Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kolektor do dojarki z przelacznikiem podcisnienia.W dotychczas stosowanych kolektorach wprowadza sie powietrze do aparatu udojowego specjalna dysza w celu zmniejszenia wahan podcisnienia. Aparaty udojowe firm Zero-Concord i Trio-vacc wyposazone sa w dolnej czesci kolektora w plywak rozdzielajacy faze ciekla stanowiaca mleko od fazy gazowej stanowiacej powietrze. W Jcróccu doprowadzajacym podcisnienie do kolektora znajduje sie zwezenie. 1 przedstawia kolektor w przekroju podluznym, a fig. 2 przedstawia rynienke w przekroju wzdluz linii A-A z fig. 1.Kolektor do dojarki sklada sie z trzech zasadniczych czesci: korpusu 5, pokrywa górnej 1 i dolnej 13. W pokrywie górnej 1 znajduja sie cztery krócce 4 ustawione pod katem i króciec 2 z przewezeniem 3 doprowadzajacy podcisnienie robocze do aparatu udojowego. W górnej czesci korpusu 5 znajduje sie plywak 6 umieszczony obrotowo wzgledem osi 8 na ramieniu 7 w wystepach rynienki 9. Plywak 6 zaopatrzony jest w iglice 10 zamykajaca zawór powietrzny 11. W najnizszej czesci rynienki 9 znajduje sie dysza mleczna 12. Gdy w ukladzie przeplyw mleka jest niewielki — ponizej 0,25 l/min, odbywa sie on dysza mleczna 12. Zawór powietrzny 11 jest wtedy otwarty. W kolektorze panuje podcisnienie 33 kPa. Prz\ wzroscie natezenia przeplywu mleka zaczyna ono wypelniac rynienke 9 unoszac do góry plywak 6, który zamyka iglica 10 zawór powietrzny 11. Zamkniecie zaworu powietrznego 11 powoduje podniesienie cisnienia w kolektorze do 42kPa. Mleko wtedy wypelnia rynienke 9calkowicie, przelewa sie ponad jej krawedziami i splywa do komory plywaka dolnego 14.Plywak dolny 14 okresowo podnosi sie do góry wraz z zaworem 16, powodujac przeplyw mleka przewodem 17. In the collectors used so far, air is introduced into the milking apparatus by a special nozzle in order to reduce vacuum fluctuations. Zero-Concord and Trio-vaccine milking apparatuses are equipped in the lower part of the collector with a float separating the liquid phase, which is milk, and the gas phase, which is air. The milk is transported through a conduit under the float to the milk tank, the working vacuum is delivered to the milking cluster via a separate conduit. In the currently used milking apparatuses, vacuum switches are used in order to compensate for the high negative pressure during the so-called empty. These switches are, however, a rather complicated device and are located behind the collector. The aim of the invention is to construct a collector of a simple structure ensuring the proper underpressure during milking. The collector for milking, according to the invention, is equipped with a chamber with an air nozzle and nozzles in the top cover, closed at the bottom with a valve cooperating with the float is characterized in that in the upper part of the collector there is a float rotatably mounted on the arm relative to the axis fixed in the gutter protrusions. The gutter in the lowest part is equipped with milk nozzles. The float is equipped with a needle closing the air valve. There is a taper in the section that supplies the vacuum to the collector. The collector for the milking machine according to the invention is more closely illustrated in the embodiment example in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the collector in a longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 shows the trough in a section along line AA in Fig. 1 .Collector for milking machine consists of three main parts: body 5, top cover 1 and bottom 13. In the top cover 1 there are four nozzles 4 at an angle and a stub pipe 2 with a passage 3 supplying the working vacuum to the milking apparatus. In the upper part of the body 5 there is a float 6 rotatable about the axis 8 on the arm 7 in the protrusions of the gutter 9. The float 6 is equipped with a needle 10 closing the air valve 11. In the lowest part of the gutter 9 there is a milk nozzle 12. Under the gutter 9 there is Bottom float 14 rotatable in relation to axis 15 in the bottom cover 13. The float is permanently connected to the valve 16 closing the conduit 17. The working vacuum to the collector is provided by step-2 141478 cem 2 through a narrowing 3. When in the system the milk flow is small - see below 0.25 l / min, it takes place on the milk nozzle 12. The air valve 11 is then open. There is a negative pressure of 33 kPa in the collector. As the milk flow increases, it begins to fill the trough 9 by lifting up the float 6, which closes the needle 10 of the air valve 11. Closing the air valve 11 raises the pressure in the manifold to 42kPa. The milk then fills the trough 9 completely, overflows over its edges and flows into the bottom float chamber 14. Bottom float 14 rises periodically along with the valve 16, causing the milk to flow through the line 17. When the milk flow rate again drops to 0.25 l / min, the float 6 rests on the bottom of the gutter 9 and the needle 10 opens the air valve 11, and the vacuum reaches the value of 33 kPa. Patent disclaimer The collector for the milking machine is equipped with a chamber with an air nozzle and connectors in the top cover, closed at the bottom with a valve cooperating with the float, characterized by the fact that in the upper part of the collector there is a float (6), rotatably mounted on the arm (7) with respect to the axis (8) in the projections of the trough (9), which in the lowest part is provided with a milk nozzle (12), the float (6) is equipped with a needle (10) that closes the air valve (11), and a stub (3) is located in the nozzle (2) supplying the vacuum to the collector.
