Description

3 — przekrój zapalnika wedlug linii BB z fig. 2 i fig. Zapalnik glowicowy z samolikwidatorem wedlug wynalazku dziala w nastepujacy sposób. Plomien przedostaje sie kanalem ogniowym 23 do otworów 3 i 4, zapalajac opózniacz 24 i pierwsza czesc 27 samolikwidatora. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Currently, this type of fragmentation grenade is intended for firing at any angle of fall. Polish patent description (nrzgl.P.178756). In addition, they are known from Polish patent descriptions, application no. P. 161379 and P. 164766, two detonators equipped with a samolikwidator, working, for example, in snow and in the wilderness. The first of these fuses will not work on an obstacle with slight deceleration, such as snow, water or similar terrain. However, the next two mentioned fuses do not have an element that would be used to cut off the flap stimulating the crushing material from the ignited self-liquidator in the event of a shot in the event that, for example, the grenade stops in the barrel, or in transport, when the fuse has been assembled without a spring supporting the cast. The aim of the invention is to develop a head fuse, which allows for the removal of the above-mentioned defects and ensures the operation of the grenade at any angle of incidence and in any terrain, such as sand, grass, mud, water, snow. The task was solved by dividing the self-liquidator into two parts connected by a fire channel and the insertion of a plug opening the fire channel, leading to the bundle, only after the grenade has reached the maximum number of revolutions and locked in the open position by the securing ring. By introducing the inertia of the lever, the base of which has sides made in the form of a sphere, it is ensured that the flames are fired regardless of the angle of the grenade. As shown by the tests carried out, the construction according to the invention prevents the transfer of fire from the incendiary flap to excitatory filament in the case of a grenade stuck in the barrel conductor, or in the case of transport, when the spring was not installed by mistake to maintain the gap between the incendiary cap and the needle collar. On the other hand, the design of the inertor unit ensures reliable firing of the flap at any angle of collision of the grenade with an obstacle.2 141573 The head detonator with a self-collector according to the invention is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. fig. 2, fig. - top view of the fuze after removing the hood and partially removing the cover, fig. 3 - section of the fuze according to line BB in fig. 2 and fig. 4 - section through the plug cutting off the duct connecting both parts of the slider according to the line CC with Fig. 2 The fuse body 1 has, apart from the central hole, a series of holes: 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, made parallel to the axis, and a hole 7 connecting holes 4 and 5, obliquely to the axis, and a through hole 8 and a hole directed transversely to the axis blind 9. In the central hole there is an inertia mechanism, consisting of an inertia sleeve 10 in which an incendiary flap 11 is mounted, a needle holder 12, lever 13, springs 14 and ballast 15 mounted on lever 13. Lever base 16 of lever 13 has sidewalls in the form of a sphere, resting on the spherical seat of the cover 17, while the bottom of the base 16 rests on the edge of the needle holder 12 pressed against the seat by a spring 14. Cover 17 is seated in the opening of the body 1 on a sealing washer 18 that cuts off the possible transmission of fire from the opening 4 to the opening 5, and clamped by the edge of the body. In the opening of the body 2 (Fig. 3) there is an incendiary mechanism consisting of a coil holder 19, a coil 20, a spring 21 and a needle 22, with the spring 21 resting at one end on the coil body 19 and the other end against the needle flange 22. The hole 2 is connected with the holes 3 and 4 by means of a fire channel 23. The retarder holder 24 is screwed into the opening 3, and the retarder is supported by its collar on the pin 25, the spring 26 pressed against it. In the opening 4 the first part 27 of the self-slipper is pressed, the cross section of which is not shown in the drawing. The hole 4 is connected by a diagonally drilled hole 7 constituting a fire channel with the hole 5. In the hole 5, the second part 28 of the self-liquidator is pressed, and the hole itself has a fire channel 29 at the bottom, connecting the hole with an excitatory cord 30. The threaded hole 6 is intended for technological purposes only. the transverse through-hole 8 (fig. 1) there are securing mechanisms: the left fuse consists of a drilled pin 31 pressed against the spring 32, and the right one is a cut pin 33, which has a hole in which the pin 25 enters. 9 (Fig. 4) a safety device is provided to cut the first part 27 from the second part by not opening the fire channel 7 in the event of a grenade blocking the barrel line. It consists of a stopper 34 pressed on by a spring 35, holding a safety pin 36 to isolate the fire channel 7. The fuse body 1 is mounted in a housing 37 in which an excitation flap 30 is inserted, on a sealing washer 38 and, after the hood 39 has been put on, clamped by the rim of the housing. on the collar of the hood. According to the invention, the head igniter with the self-eliminator works as follows. When the maximum pressure is built up in the tube, the barrels are created by the action of linear acceleration of the inertia force. Under the action of these silos 19 of the flame 20 overcomes the resistance of the spring 21 and moves towards the spike 22, whereupon the igniting flap 20 is fired. The flame passes through the fire channel 23 into holes 3 and 4, igniting the retarder 24 and the first part 27 of the self-liquidator. At the exit of the barrel the linear acceleration decreases by zero to a negative value, while the angular velocity reaches its maximum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the collet 31, overcoming the resistance of the spring 32, moves out of the hole in the inertial sleeve 10, releasing it, as well as the needle holder. Similarly, under the action of centrifugal force, the plug 34, overcoming the resistance of the spring 35, moves towards the periphery, releasing the securing pin 36, which, while moving under the influence of centrifugal force, locks the collar 34 in its extreme position and opens the fire channel 7. After that, it fires the mass of the retarder 24, giving way to the pin 25, which moves under the action of the spring 26, which releases the collet 33 so that it can, under the action of centrifugal force, slide out of the hole in the inertia sleeve 10. After these actions are completed, the fuse is armed, and this is done after passing through a grenade of roads with a length of 10 to 25 m. in the order of 10 to 25 m. On a frontal impact against an obstacle, the grenade rapidly decelerates, and the inertial sleeve 10 runs over the needle tip in the needle holder 12 and ignites the coil 11, which in turn ignites the excitation flare 30, initiating the grenade explosive. 141573 3 In case of If the side grenade hits an obstacle, as a result of the impact pulse, the inertia 15 with the lever 13 tilts a certain angle and the edge of the base 16 puts the firing pin 12 on the flap 11, causing it to fire. If the grenade, after firing a charge throwing a bond in the barrel, or the fuse 20 is ignited as a result of faulty assembly of the fuse, the fire will not be transferred after the first part 27 of the self-eliminator has been fired, because due to the lack of centrifugal force, the oblique opening 7 connecting both parts of the self-eliminator will not be opened.
