WITRYNA GABINETOWA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest witryna gabinetowa stanowiaca, wraz z odmianami, nowy wzorniczo i funkcjonalnie przedmiot wyposazenia wnetrz, zwlaszcza gabinetów biurowych. Nowa postac wzoru poprawia estetyke zestawów wyposazenia gabinetów, gdzie wprowadza sie kompleksowo ciagi mebli tworzace jednorodne wzorniczo komplety zwane systemami. W przypadku poszczególnych elementów wymagany jest wspólny element wzorniczy: linia, ksztalt, ozdoby lub wykonczenie. Elementem takiego systemu jest witryna gabinetowa wedlug wzoru. Warunki w jakich witryna ma sie znalezc powoduja koniecznosc wykonania odmian wzoru, co spelnia wymóg funkcjonalnosci w systemie-zestawe przez zachowanie wyjsciowego wzoru - w kazdym wymiarze lub wymaganej przez funkcje odmianie. Nowa postac wzoru jest wspólna, jako wyglad, wszystkim odmianom wzoru i dotyczy linii, sposobu zdobienia i wkomponowania podstawowych elementów konstrukcyjnych. Nowa postac witryny wedlug wzoru o bryle prostopadloscianu a zmiennych wymiarach w jej odmianach, przejawia sie w linii i rodzaju plyty górnej, w obrysie konturu czolowego oraz w powtarzalnym we wszystkich odmianach wymiarowych obramowaniu i wykonczeniu - przez szerokoramowa profilowana listwe - przeszklonego segmentu. Odmienna od dotychczasowych postac wzoru uwidacznia sie zwlaszcza w zestawie kilku stojacych obok siebie róznowymiarowych odmian, gdzie uwypukla sie powtarzalnosc motywu. Wtórnym motywem zdobniczym witryny gabinetowej wedlug wzoru jest, przy zachowaniu tej samej linii obrysu i obramowania, w odmianach, w miejsce powiekszonej dekoracyjnie plyty górnej umieszczenie plyty szklanej osadzonej na nózkach.Estetyka wizualnie nowego wygladu laczy sie w nowym wzorze z funkcjonalnoscia, której nie zmienia. The new design improves the aesthetics of office furniture sets, where comprehensive furniture sequences are introduced, creating uniform design sets known as systems. A common design element is required for individual elements: line, shape, ornamentation, or finish. A display cabinet is a component of such a system, based on the design. The conditions in which the display cabinet is to be located necessitate the creation of design variations, which meet the requirement of functionality within the system-set by maintaining the initial design – in every dimension or variation required by the function. The new design form is common, in appearance, to all design variations and concerns the lines, the method of ornamentation, and the incorporation of basic structural elements. The new form of the display cabinet, based on the cuboid design and variable dimensions in its variants, is evident in the line and type of the top panel, the outline of the frontal contour, and the repetitive framing and finishing of the glazed segment across all the variants—through a wide-framed, profiled strip. The design's distinctive appearance is particularly evident in the juxtaposition of several different-sized variants, where the repeatability of the motif is emphasized. A secondary decorative motif of the display cabinet, based on the design, is the inclusion of a glass panel mounted on legs in place of the decoratively enlarged top panel. The new design combines the visual aesthetics of the new look with the functionality it maintains. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A cabinet display case is characterized by the fact that in a cuboid shape the top panel protrudes beyond the edges of the frame and the middle segments are glazed and widely framed. 2.
