WIPO Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szafka sklepowa do prezentacji, zwlaszcza pieczywa, wyrobów piekarniczych i wyrobów cukierniczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szafki sklepowej do prezentacji przejawia- jaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór zdobniczy szafki sklepowej do prezentacji uwidoczniono na fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia szafke sklepowa w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia szafke sklepowa w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, a fig. 3 przedstawia te sama szafke sklepowa w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Szafka sklepowa do prezentacji ma zasadniczo ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Na swojej górnej gladkiej i prostokatnej powierzchni, stanowiacej jej blat, posiada przezroczysta nadstawke prostopadloscienna polozona w tylnym narozu tego blatu, zas od tylu stanowi komore wnekowa podzielona w przyblizeniu w polowie swejwysokosci, przez pozioma pólke, na czesc dolna zawierajaca szereg jednakowych wnek majacych postac pionowo zorientowanych prostopadloscianów, oraz na czesc górna zawierajaca dwie wneki, o róznej dlugosci, majace postac poziomo zorien- towanych prostopadloscianów, z których krótsza usytuowana jest pod nadstawka i posiada na swej dolnej powierzchni blat wysuwny z uchwytem w ksztalcie luku skierowanym w kierunku do góry. Nadstawka od tylu zamknieta jest gladka powierzchnia czolowa szuflady z wydluzonym uchwytem, zas szafka od przodu posiada gladka powierzchnie lustrzana ograniczona od góry lukowym wystepem w ksztalcie odcinka kola i od dolu podluzna prostokatna listwa, przed która od czola szafka ta posiada element wystajacy w postaci okraglego preta biegnacego równolegle do krawedzi dolnej powierzchni lustrzanej, pod która z kolei przebiega dolna listwa kryjaca, majaca w widoku od przodu ksztalt prostokata, która oslania kola jezdne szafki. The subject of the ornamental design is a display cabinet for a store, particularly for baked goods, bakery products, and confectionery. The essence of the design is a new form of the display cabinet, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surfaces. The ornamental design of the display cabinet is shown in the photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the display cabinet in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the display cabinet in a side perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the same display cabinet in a rear perspective view. The display cabinet is generally cuboid-shaped. On its upper, smooth and rectangular surface, constituting its tabletop, it has a transparent cuboidal extension located in the rear corner of this tabletop, while at the back it is a recessed chamber divided approximately at half its height by a horizontal shelf, into a lower part containing a number of identical recesses in the form of vertically oriented cuboids, and an upper part containing two recesses of different lengths in the form of horizontally oriented cuboids, the shorter of which is located under the extension and has on its lower surface a pull-out tabletop with an arc-shaped handle directed upwards. The rear of the extension is closed with a smooth drawer front with an elongated handle, while the front of the cabinet has a smooth mirror surface, limited at the top by an arched projection in the shape of a circular segment and at the bottom by an elongated rectangular strip, in front of which the cabinet has a protruding element in the form of a round rod running parallel to the edge of the lower mirror surface, under which in turn runs a lower covering strip, rectangular in shape from the front, which covers the cabinet's wheels.
