Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Butelka charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana je j przez ksztalt i uklad linii. Butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus o postaci zblizonej do klepsydry, w podstawie wyposazona jest w wypusty, a u góry w krótka szyjke zakonczona glówka z gwintem, na której osadzona jest zakretka. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jednej czwartej wysokosci - patrzac od podstawy - posiada ozdobne poziome wyzlobienia, które wienczy wklesniety pierscien, powyzej którego w trzech czwartych swojej wysokosci butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do klepsydry zaokraglonej w górnej czesci korpusu i posiadajacej ornamentacje w postaci cienkich ukosnych wyzlobien. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: butelka, której korpus ma postac zblizona do klepsydry, w podstawie wyposazona w wypusty, u góry w szyjke zakonczona gwintem, na której osadzona jest zakretka, w jednej czwartej wysokosci - patrzac od podstawy - butelka posiada ozdobne poziome wyzlobienia, które wienczy wklesniety pierscien, powyzej którego w trzech czwartych wysokosci butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do klepsydry zaokraglonej w górnej czesci korpusu i posiadajacej ornamentacje w postaci cienkich ukosnych wyzlobien.fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The bottle is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by its shape and arrangement of lines. The bottle, which is the subject of the industrial design, has a body similar to an hourglass, with projections at the base, and a short neck at the top, ending in a threaded head, on which a cap is mounted. The bottle is characterized by decorative horizontal grooves at one-quarter of its height, viewed from the base, which are topped by a concave ring. Above this ring, at three-quarters of its height, the bottle has a shape similar to an hourglass, rounded at the top and ornamented with thin, diagonal grooves. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 shows a top view of the bottle, and Figure 3 shows a bottom view. Essential features of the industrial design: a bottle whose body is similar to an hourglass, with projections at the base, a neck at the top with a thread on which the cap is mounted, at one-quarter of the height of the bottle - viewed from the base - has decorative horizontal grooves, which are topped with a concave ring, above which at three-quarters of the height the bottle has a shape similar to an hourglass, rounded in the upper part of the body and ornamented with thin diagonal grooves.
