Description

1 przedstawia stojak wsporczy slupowy w widoku bocznym, fig. 2-widok stojaka z polaczonymi slupami za pomoca rozpór.Konstrukcje stojaka wsporczego slupowego tworza slupy skladajace sie ze scianki stalowej ksztaltu trapezowego 1 wzmocnionej zebrami 2 oraz z podstawy slupa z plaskownika 3 i glowicy z plaskownika 4, na której osadzona jest podkladka centrujaca 5, laczone miedzy soba za pomoca rozpór górnej i dolnej 6, tworzacych w ten sposób ustrój ramowy usztywniony dodatkowo przeponami 7, laczonych za pomoca srub S do pasów dolnych 9 podniesionej konstrukcji nosnej mostu li oraz lozysk 11 osadzonych na zmienionych lawach podlozyskowych 12 podpory mostowej.142 529 Zastrzezenie patentowe Stojak wsporczy slupowy, sluzacy do bezposredniego oparcia ustroju nosnego mostu po jego podniesieniu na nowy poziom, znamienny tym, ze sklada sie ze slupów stalowych zlozonych ze scianki (1) usztywnionej zebrami (2), oraz podstawy z plaskownika (3) i glowicy z plaskownika(4), na której osadzona jest podkladka centrujaca (5), które to slupy sa laczone ze soba za pomoca rozpór (6) w ustrój ramowy usztywniony przeponami (7) i mocowane do pasów dolnych (9) podniesionej konstrukcji nosnej (10) oraz do lozysk (11) na podporze mostowej (12). 12 Fig. 1142 529 ool m PLThe subject of the invention is a support stand for the indirect support of the bridge's superstructure after it has been raised to a new level. It is known to build up the concrete of the sub-bearing bridge supports in the case of significant lifting of the bridge supporting structure, especially in the areas of mining deformation. This superstructure causes an increase in the own weight of the support and displacement of horizontal forces, unfavorable for its stability, resulting from setting the bearing in a new, higher position in relation to the foundation footing. As a result, the edge stresses in the soil under the foundation footing of the concrete support are increased, until the allowable stresses are exceeded, and as a result, the support needs to be rebuilt. The support stand according to the invention consists of steel poles made of a wall stiffened with ribs, a flat bar base and a flat bar head on which a centering washer is mounted. The columns of the stand are connected with each other by means of struts in the frame structure stiffened with diaphragms and attached to the lower chords of the raised load-bearing structure and to the bearings on the bridge support, which remain in the same position on the bridge support. and to them it is fastened with screws and connected with bolts to the lower straps of the load-bearing structure through centering washers mounted on the heads of the posts of the pole support stand. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the pole support stand in side view, Fig. 2 - view of the stand with the posts connected by means of struts. The structure of the post support stand consists of posts consisting of a steel wall of a trapezoidal shape 1 reinforced with ribs 2 and a base of a flat bar 3 and a head of a flat bar 4 on which a centering washer 5 is mounted , incl they are between each other by means of upper and lower struts 6, thus creating a frame structure additionally stiffened with diaphragms 7, connected by means of screws S to the lower chords 9 of the raised bearing structure of the bridge li and bearing 11 mounted on the changed sub-bearing lava 12 of the bridge support. 142 529 Patent claim Pole support stand, used for direct support of the bridge's superstructure after it has been raised to a new level, characterized by the fact that it consists of steel poles composed of a wall (1) stiffened with ribs (2), and a flat bar base (3) and a head from a flat bar (4), on which a centering washer (5) is mounted, which poles are connected with each other by means of struts (6) into a frame structure stiffened with diaphragms (7) and attached to the lower straps (9) of the raised supporting structure (10 ) and to the bearing (11) on the bridge support (12). 12 Fig. 1142 529 ool m PL
