Kaseton reklamowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kaseton reklamowy, wolno- stojacy przeznaczony szczególnie do umieszczania map i planów sytuacyjnych, informacji i reklam. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne wkomponowanie profilowych elementów obramowania gabloty informacyjnej tworzac nowoczesna bryle, a jednoczesnie nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku: Fig. 1 przedstawia kaseton reklamowy w widoku ogólnym, Fig.2 przedstawia dolna czesc kasetonu w widoku ogólnym Fig.3 przedstawia odmiane kasetonu reklamowego w widoku ogólnym. Cecha charakterystyczna kasetonu reklamowego jest uksztaltowanie gabloty o zarysie wielokata posiadajacego w górnej czesci elementy zawiasowe i obramowanie wykonane z profilowanych elementów o ksztalcie wycinka luku w przekroju poprzecznym z wypukloscia skierowana na zewnatrz. Gablota zamocowana jest do wolnostojacych slupów nosnych osadzonych na elementach fundamentowych. Przy górnym obrzezu gablota kasetonu reklamowego ma waski panel tytulowy wysuniety nieco do przodu wzgledem powierzchni czolowej czesci plakatowej tej gabloty.Kaseton reklamowy posiada na górnym obramowaniu ozdobny krazek w postaci wycinka kuli do umieszczania logo lub innych informacji. Slupy nosne maja profil owalny w przekroju poprzecznym i maja powierzchnie zewnetrzna polerowana na lustrzana gladkosc oraz posiadaja finezyjnie uksztaltowane obszary barwne o nieregularnych zarysach . Kaseton reklamowy w odmianie przedstawionej na Fig.2 ma slupy nosne stylizowane fantazyjnie jako kolumny w dolnym obszarze i w obszarze je zwienczajacym oraz posiada dodatkowe, styczne elementy ozdobne okalajace obustronnie ozdobny krazek osadzony na górnym obramowaniu gabloty. Obrzeza gabloty i slupy nosne kasetonu reklamowego wykonane sa z profili aluminiowych, ale moga byc wykonywane z innych materialów jak np. drewno czy tworzywo sztuczne. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The aesthetic effect is achieved by subtly incorporating the profiled elements of the information display's frame, creating a modern shape while simultaneously imparting a distinctive and original appearance. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing: Fig. 1 shows the advertising box in a general view; Fig. 2 shows the lower part of the box in a general view; Fig. 3 shows a variant of the advertising box in a general view. A characteristic feature of the advertising box is the polygonal shape of the display case, with hinges in the upper section and a frame made of profiled elements in the shape of a segment of an arc in cross-section, with the convexity facing outward. The display case is attached to freestanding support pillars mounted on foundation elements. At its upper edge, the advertising box display case has a narrow title panel, slightly forward of the front of the poster section. The advertising box features a decorative disc in the form of a segment of a sphere on its upper frame for displaying a logo or other information. The supporting pillars have an oval cross-section, a mirror-polished exterior, and feature delicately shaped colored areas with irregular outlines. The advertising box, in the version shown in Fig. 2, features support pillars fancifully styled as columns in the lower section and at the top, and additional, tangential decorative elements surrounding the decorative disc mounted on the upper frame of the display case. The display case edges and the supporting pillars of the advertising box are made of aluminum profiles, but can be made of other materials such as wood or plastic. Important features of the industrial design: - the display case edges have a cross-sectional arc profile; - the display case has a narrow panel near the upper edge that protrudes slightly forward of the front poster part; - the upper frame of the display case has a decorative disc; - the surface of the supporting pillars of the advertising box has finely shaped colored areas with irregular outlines; - the supporting pillars are fancifully styled as columns in the lower area and at the top; - the decorative disc is surrounded by tangential decorative elements on both sides.
