Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do selektywnego nanoszenia powlok galwanicznych.W dotychczasowej praktyce nanoszenia powlok galwanicznych na drobne elementy dokonuje sie najczesciej pokrycia calej powierzchni elementu. W tym celu wykorzystuje sie czesto mecha¬ nizmy bebnowe z elektrodami posrednimi. Nanoszenie powlok na wybrane powierzchnie odbywa sie poprzez niecalkowite zanurzenie obrabianego elementu, wykorzystujac w tym celu proste zawieszki. Dla zachowania stalej wartosci powierzchni pokrywanej konieczne jest stosowanie skomplikowanego systemu adaptacyjnego zapewniajacego stala wysokosc elektrolitu. Stanowi to niedogodnosc utrudniajaca rozpowszechnienie techniki selektywnego nanoszenia powlok galwa¬ nicznych.Celem wynalazku jest usuniecie tych niedogodnosci przez skonstruowanie urzadzenia do selektywnego nanoszenia powlok galwanicznych. Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku posiada prowad¬ nik umieszczany na slupach osadzonych suwliwie w obsadach i zamocowanych na polaczonych ze soba plywakach.Zaleta techniczna wynalazku jest prosta konstrukcja oraz zwiazana z tym prosta obsluga urzadzenia.Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawionyjest w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku prezentujacym schemat urzadzenia w przekroju równoleglym do kierunku przemieszczania sie elementów pokry¬ wanych podczas procesu nanoszenia powlok galwanicznych.Element 4 poddawany obróbce galwanicznej zawieszony jest na precie zawieszonym 5, który podczas obróbki przesuwanyjest po prowadniku 2 podlaczonym do zródla pradu, przez co element 4 stanowi jedna elektrode, druga zas elektroda 1 wbudowana jest w wanne 16.Szerokosc powloki galwanicznej, powstajacej na czesci zanurzonej elementu 4 zalezy od odleglosci prowadnika 2 od lustra elektrolitu 3 i regulowana jest za pomoca srub 12 powodujacych przemieszczenie izolowa¬ nych prowadnic 13, na których zamocowanyjest prowadnik 2 w stosunku do listew oporowych 11 umieszczonych na slupach 8. The current practice of electroplating coatings on small elements usually covers the entire surface of the element. For this purpose, drum mechanisms with intermediate electrodes are often used. The coatings are applied to selected surfaces by incomplete immersion of the workpiece, using simple hangers. In order to maintain a constant value of the coated surface, it is necessary to use a complicated adaptation system ensuring a constant electrolyte height. This is a disadvantage which hinders the spread of the technique of selective plating. The aim of the invention is to overcome these drawbacks by constructing a device for the selective plating. The device according to the invention has a guide placed on poles slidably mounted in holders and mounted on floats connected to each other. The technical advantage of the invention is a simple structure and simple operation of the device. The subject of the invention is presented in an example of embodiment in a drawing showing a diagram of the device in a parallel section to the direction of movement of the coated elements during the electroplating process. The element 4 subjected to galvanic treatment is suspended on a suspended rod 5, which, during processing, is moved along the guide 2 connected to the current source, so that element 4 is one electrode, the other electrode 1 it is built into the bath 16. The width of the electroplating coating on the part of the immersed element 4 depends on the distance of the chain 2 from the electrolyte mirror 3 and is adjusted by means of screws 12 causing the displacement of the insulated guides 13 on which the chain is mounted 2 in relation to the thrust strips 11 placed on the posts 8.
