Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urzadzenie do wytwarzania sprezonych elementów strunobetonowych.Dotychczas w technice wytwarza sie powszechnie sprezone elementy strunobetonowe na dlugich torach naciagowych poprzez zamocowanie na niezaleznych zaczepach napietych strun stalowych, które przechodza poprzez formy do wytwarzania elementów, napelnia sieje mieszanka betonowa, w których poddaje sie mieszanke zabiegom przyspieszajacym dojrzewanie, a nastepnie odcina sie poza forma napiete struny stalowe i rozbiera forme otrzymujac gotowe elementy. Stosuje sie tez sposób wytwarzania elementów strunobetonowych w formach oporowych, w których na sztywnych bokach naciagane i kotwione sa ciegna sprezajace, po czym wypelnia sie forme mie¬ szanka betonowa przeprowadzac zabiegi przyspieszajace dojrzewanie betonu, a nastepnie odcina sie ciegna od formy uzyskujac gotowe elementy. Znany jest tez sposób i urzadzenie do wykonywa¬ nia sprezonych elementów strunobetonowych z patentu PRL nr 116 782, gdzie istota sposobu polega na wykonaniu wjednej ciaglej operacji naciagu ciegien sprezajacych, prasowania mieszanki betonowej w kierunku zgodnym z naprezeniami sciskajacymi, jej odwodnienia i napowietrzenia, formowanie elementu i zabiegów jego przyspieszonego dojrzewania i pielegnacji na naciagnietych ciegnach. Sily prasowania mieszanki betonowej sa jednoczesnie silami naciagu ciegien sprezaja¬ cych. The method of producing prestressed concrete elements in retaining forms is also used, in which the tensile strings are tensioned and anchored on the rigid sides, and then the concrete mixture is filled in the mold, carrying out treatments accelerating the maturation of the concrete, and then the strings are cut from the mold to obtain ready-made elements. There is also known a method and a device for making prestressed prestressed concrete elements from the Polish Patent No. 116 782, where the essence of the method consists in performing one continuous operation of stretching the tensioning tendons, pressing the concrete mix in the direction of compressive stress, its drainage and aeration, forming the element and treatments for its accelerated maturation and care on stretched legs. The compaction forces of the concrete mix are also the tensile forces of the tensioning tendons. The essence of the device for the implementation of this is that it is a technological line consisting of: a steel cord feeding-braking unit, a concrete mixture pressing and pressing unit with a back-closing chamber, a unit feeding the concrete mixture and a forming chamber and accelerated curing of concrete. The essence of the method of producing prestressed concrete elements consisting in introducing the tendons and placing the concrete mix in the mold is that the tensioning tendons are stretched, and the tensile force of the prestressing tendons is transferred to the concrete mix through the filter parts of the molds, the excess of mixing water is discharged beyond the product surface ¬ ¬ ¬ cial forms, and the treatments accelerating the maturation of concrete are carried out on the element in the mold. The essence of the device for the production of prestressed prestressed concrete elements is that it consists of a demountable mold closed with double-sided slider faces, through which are carried out and on which the tendons are attached, and the sides of the mold are equipped with filtration surfaces. The advantageous effect of the invention is that through long-term pressures exerted on the concrete mixture in the direction of compressive stresses in the concrete, we obtain higher concrete strength and lower rheological deformation of the concrete. according to the invention, it is explained in more detail in the example of the embodiment in the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows an axial longitudinal section through the produced element and mold, and Fig. 2 - a cross-section through the manufactured element and mold. The technological pressure causes the compaction of the components, squeezing out the excess of mixing water, and the durability of the pressures contributes to obtaining more favorable properties of the produced concrete.
