Szklanka, zwlaszcza do napojów Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szklanka, zwlaszcza do napojów, przeznaczona do spozywania napojów chlodzacych, napojów alkoholowych i wielu innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Szklanka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 - pokazuje szklanke w widoku z boku, fig.2 - w widoku z góry, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Szklanka, zwlaszcza do napojów, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na fotografiach, fig.l, fig. 2 i fig. 3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze scianki boczne szklanki w górnej czesci sa lukowo wyprofilowane i wypukla czesciaskierowane na zewnatrz. Boczne scianki szklanki przechodza ku dolowi w plaszczyzny nachylone ukosnie do podloza. Krawedzie laczenia scianek sa zaokraglone. W widoku z góry, scianki szklanki stanowia zamkniety obwód, utworzony z lukowo wyprofilowanych odcinków. Szklanka w widoku od spodu ma zarys zblizony do kwadratu. Naroza dna sa zaokraglone. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The glass, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the glass from the side, Fig. 2 from the top, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The glass, particularly for beverages, in accordance with the industrial design may be made of glass or plastic. Significant features of the industrial design: Significant features of the industrial design presented in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 include the upper side walls of the glass being arc-shaped, with the convex portion facing outward. The side walls of the glass merge downward into planes inclined diagonally to the ground. The joining edges of the walls are rounded. Viewed from above, the glass walls form a closed circuit, formed by arc-shaped sections. Viewed from below, the glass has a roughly square outline. The bottom corners are rounded.
