Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do lugowania materialów sypkich, zwlaszcza trudno zwilzalnych pylów z instalacji oczyszczania gazów metalurgicznych.Znane urzadzenia do lugowania cennych substancji z rozdrobnionych materialów wyposa¬ zone sa w walcowe zbiorniki na roztwór lugujacy, wewnatrz których osadzone sa mieszadla obrotowe lub wahadlowe. Wnetrze zbiornika stanowi komore mieszania, w której nastepuje zwilzanie lugowanych materialów i utrzymywanie ich w stanie rozproszenia w roztworze. W przypadku lugowania materialów pylistych, zbiornik przykryty jest pokrywa z otworem na zsyp urzadzenia zasilajacego w material do lugowania. Intensywne mieszanie pylistych materialów i roztworu lugujacego powoduje równie intensywne pylenie substancji lugowanej. Szczególnie pyly o malym ciezarze usypowym a zawierajace substancje smoliste uporczywie utrzymuja sie na powierzchni cieczy, tworzac gruba warstwe niezwilzonego materialu. Known devices for leaching valuable substances from comminuted materials are equipped with cylindrical tanks for the leaching solution, inside which are mounted rotary or oscillating mixers. The interior of the tank is a mixing chamber where the leaching materials are wetted and dispersed in the solution. In the case of leaching of dusty materials, the tank is covered with a lid with an opening for a feed device chute in the leaching material. The intensive mixing of the dusty materials and the leaching solution causes the dusting of the leaching substance to be dusted intensively. Particularly, dusts with a low bulk density and tar substances persistently stay on the surface of the liquid, forming a thick layer of non-moist material. The remaining part of the dust is unnecessarily long leaching. In many cases, for example when leaching gallium from dusts originating from the anode gases of the aluminum industry, the extension of the process reduces its effectiveness, the gallium leaches out within several tens of seconds from the moment of wetting, and when the time is lengthened, contaminants pass into solution. a mixing chamber and a settling chamber connected by at least one channel close to their bottoms and by at least one channel located above the liquid surface of the mixing chamber. A rotary agitator, preferably in the form of a propeller pump impeller, is mounted in the mixing chamber. On the walls of this chamber, stators are mounted, increasing the effect of the stirrer. The device according to the invention allows for even wetting and leaching of the loose material and maintaining the actual time of its contact with the liquid. The leaching material floating on the surface of the liquid is pulled into the depth by the agitator and distributed in the solution. In the settling chamber, the insufficiently wetted material floats to the surface, accumulates on it, and then returns to the mixing chamber. The subject matter of the invention is explained in the example of embodiment and in the drawing, which schematically shows the leaching device in vertical cross-section.2 143 797 The leaching apparatus has a mixing chamber 1 and a settling chamber 2, both in the form of cylindrical tanks. The mixing chamber 1 is connected with the settling chamber 2 by means of a channel 3 near the bottom of both chambers, and also by means of a channel 4 above the level of the leaching solution in the mixing chamber 1. In the mixing chamber 1 there is mounted a rotary agitator 5 in the form of a propeller pump impeller, where on the walls of the mixing chamber 1 there are stators 6 installed, which facilitate the mixing of the loose material with the leaching solution. Moreover, a drainage pipe 7 is attached to the wall of the settling chamber 2, connecting the interior of the device with a filter 8 for separating the leached material from the solution. The drainage pipe 7 is equipped with a cover 9, which protects against entrainment of weakly wetted particles of the leaching material. In addition, the device cooperates with a dispenser 10 for leaching material. The leach material is introduced by a dispenser 10 into the mixing chamber 1, where it is in contact with the leaching solution and is evenly distributed in the solution by means of a stirrer 5. The rotating agitator 5 moves the liquid and the slurry downwards and through the channel 3 near the bottom of the mixing chamber 1 to the settling chamber 2, where the insufficiently wetted material floats to the surface and flows through channel 4 back to the mixing chamber 1. The level difference in both chambers 1 and 2 is maintained by the operation of the rotating agitator 5.
