Description

Znane sa z opisu patentowego RFN nr P 3 246 201,8 metody optymalnego ustalania wa¬ runków jazdy, a takze w opisach wylozeniowych RFN nr 3 018032 i 3 101 065 pokazano takie mozliwosoi. Szczególnie w opisie wylozeni owym RFN nr 3 018 032, w zespolach równan zasadniczo prawidlowo opisano stany jazdy i wprowadzone zalozenia dotyczace wartosci oporów jazdy, skladników oporów jazdy i masy pojazdu. Korzystnie uklad kontroli momentu jest ukladem obliczajacym róznice miedzy momentem napedowym silnika a iloczynem ciezaru i przyspieszenia, zgodnie z wzorem: Mstat = MA " G * /P/S/ ffdzle M . . oznacza stacjonarny moment napedowy.Korzystnie uklad kontroli momentu jest ukladem pracujacym w sposób ciagly. 1 przedstawia schemat urzadzenia wedlug wynalazku z uwzglednieniem istotnych elementów pojazdu napedowego silnikiem, a fig. 10 1 13 przed— stawiaja symbolicznie polaczenia mechanizmów uruchamiania sprzegla 1 mechanizmów uruchamia— nia przekladni z odpowiednimi urzadzeniami uruchamiajacymi sprzeglo 9 i przekladnie 12.Do sterowania przekladnia 12 przewidziano uklad 18. Do ustalenia predkosci obrotowej n_ napedzanego kola 15 sluzy czujnik 16, którego sygnal odpowiadajacy danej predkosci obrotowej jest doprowadzany przewodem sygna¬ lowym 17 do wejscia sygnalowego 19 ukladu 18 sterujacego przekladnia 12. Uklad 18 sterujacy przekladnia 12 poprzez wyjscia sygnalowe 22 i odpowiednie przewody sygnalowe 23 jest pola¬ czony z wejsciami sygnalowymi 13 przekladni 12 i z wejsciem sygnalowym 10 sprzegla 9« Gdy uklad 18 sterujacy przekladnia ustali nowy bieg w zaleznosci od predkosci po¬ jazdu i przy uwzglednieniu przyjetych kryteriów wyboru, to wówczas Sprzeglo 9 zostaje uru¬ chomione poprzez swoje wejscie sygnalowe 10, nastepnie przy rozsprzegnietym sprzegle prze¬ kladnia 12 zostaje poprzez swoje wejscie sygnalowe 13 przelaczona przez uklad 18 sterujacy przekladnia. Nastepnie sprzeglo zostaje ponownie zalaczone. . z wy¬ branym nowym biegiem, w korzystnym z punktu widzenia zuzycia paliwa obszarze pracy, prze¬ widziano uklad porównujacy k5 zintegrowane z ukladem 18 sterujacym przekladnia. Z ukladem 18 sterujacym przekladnia jest zintegrowany takze uklad posiadajacy w swej pamieci wartosci linii ograniczajacych korzystny z punktu widzenia zuzycia paliwa obszar pracy. . <*£ 300. Jezeli kryteri. um to jest spelnione, to wówczas przez przewód sygnalowy k6 zostaje przekazany sygnal przelaczenia na kolejny wyzszy bieg do ukladu przelaczajacego na bieg wyzszy 50.6 ikk 357 V identyczny sposób uklad porównujacy kf9 przy spelnieniu odpowiedniego kryterium przekazuje sygnal przewodem ^8 do ukladu przelaczajacego na bieg nizszy ^9. Wszystkie znajdujace sie w pamieci ukladów porównujacych *»5 i k7 wartosci linii, ograniczajacych najbardziej korzystny z punktu widzenia zuzycia paliwa obszar pracy, odnosza sie zawsze do wartosci pól oharakterystyk dla danego silnika umieszczonych w pamieci. Naklad lOOcgz.Cena 400 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a control device for controlling the gear shift of an internal combustion vehicle for establishing an economical mode of operation during Driving. When manually shifting the vehicle gear, especially of a passenger car or a truck, it often happens that the torque at the new gear is not sufficient to maintain the driving speed as before the shift. running. This makes it necessary to go back to the previous gear ratio. It is difficult and inaccurate to estimate and predict this by the vehicle's drivers. Erroneous gear changes mean, however, that the vehicle is used uneconomically, and in particular it causes too much fuel consumption. The described situations may also occur with automatic transmissions * Therefore, such transmissions are designed in such a way that gear shifting takes place only at long power reserve. This is also synonymous with an uneconomical way of driving. The selection of the most favorable operating point of the drive unit consisting of the engine and transmission depends on many factors. The very determination of the "best operating point" is very difficult, because in the fields of engine characteristics, the point of the most favorable fuel consumption is usually not the point of maximum power. Depending on the requirements and external conditions, the gear selection criteria must be selected in variants between different, considered to be "favorable" work points. The quality of these criteria is also significantly dependent on the stability of the values used. For example, when determining the engine torques, they depend, among others, on the specific weight of fuels, the speed at which the engine is running, the quality of fuels, the temperature of the engine, etc., etc. in the case of a deviation of one of the above-mentioned factors in comparing the motor torques with fixed theoretical or experimental values, poverty may occur. The solution to this problem has been seen in using appropriate sensors to identify as many of the individual decisive factors as possible. The solution takes a long time to increase the outlay. For the determination of switching points9 especially in commercial vehicles with a high ratio of full to empty vehicle weights, the accuracy of the determination is critical. individual values. For example, when determining the running resistance of driving at a constant speed, account must be taken of such values as changes in aerodynamic resistance C due to changes in the bodywork and changes in air density, changes in the rolling resistance of tires on the street due to different tread profiles, different levels of tire wear, street profile, etc. It should be added that certain values, such as tires, friction in bearings or the efficiency of gears, in series-built vehicles, cannot be determined without incurring significant costs. Methods of optimal determination of driving conditions are known from the German patent description No. P 3 246 201.8 as well as in German Reference Descriptions 3 018032 and 3 101 065 such possibilities. The disadvantage of these solutions is that only an approximate value of the vehicle weight is used. Particularly in the German Explanatory Description No. 3 018 032, the equation sets generally correctly describe the driving states and the assumptions made regarding the values of the driving resistance, components of the driving resistance and mass vehicle. The use of equations describing physical interrelationships and to which equations were introduced the assumed quantities, makes it possible to transform the assumed quantities in order to obtain new quantities that may bring at least a specific benefit. The area of application of these values can only be adapted to strictly defined driving situations and is not of a general nature. Moreover, the values with which these values are compared must be adjusted experimentally to avoid distortions. For example, in the case of commercial vehicles which normally have a high ratio of full / empty weight and power shortages, such a system would be largely insufficient. Results. In addition, it is important to establish the causes of, for example, too little acceleration of the vehicle, in order to enable an effective and consistent control or steering intervention. This may be due to the weight of the vehicle, the current inclination of the road or both. The object of the invention is to create a device for determining the exact switching points of the vehicle's transmission using the smallest possible number of systems, in particular determining whether the operating point at the next gear is more economical than the operating point of the previous gear. This object is achieved in accordance with the invention, it is solved by the fact that the control device comprises a control element connected on one side to the engine which is connected to the clutch, and the clutch is connected to a gear which in turn is connected to the wheel of the vehicle, on the other hand, the control element is connected to the characteristic memory circuit, to the signal input of which the sensor is connected, and the signal output of the processing circuit is connected to the computing circuit and the torque control circuit, the signal output of the computing circuit is connected to the control circuit torque control is connected to its output by a wire to the gearbox control input and its input, a wire to the gearbox control output, the computing signal input and the torque control signal input are connected to the sensor, whereby the transmission control system comprises two systems comparing and interconnecting respectively with the two switching circuits and the signal output of the gear control unit is connected to the signal input of the gear unit, the signal input of the coupling and the signal input of the evaluation device.ikk 337 3 The device according to the invention determines the most favorable operating point for the driving torque 9 In addition, it is very important to determine the most advantageous operating point from the point of view of fuel consumption that the quantities used are as accurately determined as possible, since every percentage of the improvement in efficiency pays off continuously while the vehicle is running. The advantage of a more economical solution there is a non-instantaneous driving torque in the area, but the stationary driving torque means that driving becomes more economical9 because as a rule the vehicle stops accelerating after a short time and continues to operate under steady-state conditions. the sensor determining the engine rotational speed, and the characteristic memory system is a system converting the mutual dependence of the engine rotational speed, the quantity controlling the engine sent from the control element and the instantaneous torque. Preferably the control element is a gas pedal equipped with a position transmitter. Preferably, the sensor is a rotational speed sensor which determines at least the speed of the engine. one wheel of the vehicle. Preferably, the calculating system is a system for calculating the vehicle weight according to the formula: MA where means M. - instantaneous driving torque 3 9 - vehicle acceleration in time / x / 5 1 - vehicle acceleration in time / x1 / where The control element, connected by the characteristics memory system, with the calculating system is the signal supply element that allows the time moments to be selected so that one of them falls on the moment when the vehicle is powered by the engine, and the other when the vehicle is in an undriven condition. are connected to a control input to control the actuation of the clutch, where the control input of the clutch is connected to the control output of the gear control, and the control of the gear is so shaped that it produces a control signal that causes the clutch to be disengaged, when the value of the acceleration is determined without the acceleration value. The computing system is preferably a continuously operating system. Preferably, the computation system is a system that allows for further processing only those weight values or only those average values of the weight quantity that do not exceed a predetermined deviation from a predetermined or predetermined value of the weight quantity. product of weight and acceleration, according to the formula: Mstat = MA "G * / P / S / ffdzle M. is the stationary driving torque. Preferably the torque control is a continuous operating system. Preferably the torque control for the higher gears is the computing system. stationary drive torque taking into account the gear ratio according to the formula: M - M stat / new ~ stat * i * »where is Matat / newv" n, stationary client at the new gear i - gear ratio at the previous gear i / ^ - gear ratio at the new gear .k Ikk 357 Preferably, the gear control comprises an accumulator and determining the boundary lines of the economic area of dependencies between the drive torque and the rotational speed of the engine. In the solution according to the invention, the calculations of all necessary quantities are based on the values determined once. In the proposed case, the plane of the characteristics of the engine used, taken under specific operating conditions and on which the dependencies are made output torque of the motor from its rotational speed for different operating points is transferred to the memory. From these values, all necessary quantities are determined, such as e.g. M., G and M. . The theoretically or experimentally established limits of the most favorable fuel consumption operating area on a family of engine characteristics which are compared with the value of M. . to determine the switching criteria, also refer to the value of the characteristic plane stored in the memory. The great dependence of this procedure is that when the field of characteristics is shifted, e.g. as a result of a change of the specific weight of the fuel or a change in altitude, the behavior of the value in the described comparison of values does not change, which allows for obtaining values without error. If, for example, the engine moment was measured directly and compared with the theoretically or experimentally determined values, then in the event of changes in the motor torque due to external factors, the value should be corrected to obtain an error-free result. The invention will prevent these and many other opportunities for errors. The advantage of comparing theoretically or experimentally determined moments with stationary moment M. the assumed values are that when before applying the new gear, it is checked whether the transformed, transferred, stationary drive torque will be in the area more economical than the stationary drive torque in the old gear, then the gear shifting mechanism can be constructed this way The term "engine characteristic plane" also includes characteristics that indirectly describe the operating state of the engine, for example the numerical values of fuel injection times. The term "moments" also includes generally understood driving quantities, i.e. power quantities or also comparable quantities, in which the driving torque is only included as one of many computational quantities. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the apparatus according to the invention, including the essential elements of the invention. 2 - a diagram of the engine operation characteristics in the coordinate system engine torque - engine speed. The drive machine is an internal combustion engine 6, to which the fuel supply is controlled by a control element 1. The engine 6 is connected by a shaft 8 with a clutch 9 which on its side is connected via a shaft 11 to a gear 12. The gear 12 is used to drive the axle 1 * 1 which on its side drives the wheels 15 of the vehicle. For the sake of simplicity, only one wheel 15 is shown from the driven wheels of the vehicle. The control element 1 for regulating the fuel supply to the engine 6 has a signal output 3 connected by a signal line k to a signal input 5 of the engine 6. The control element 1 is furthermore provided with a device which represents the position of the control element 1 as the signal quantity Y. The signal quantity Y can be taken from the signal output 2 of the control element 1. In the simplest case, the control element 1 for controlling the fuel supply to the engine 6 is a normal, mechanically operating pedal However, the control element 1 can be - as in the example shown, the accelerator pedal equipped with an electric or electronic transmitter, if the motor 6 is properly controlled by a control signal. IM 357 5 Clutch 9 located between the output shaft 8 and the receiving shaft 11 is actuated with the control signal to the signal input 10 of clutch 9, gear 12 is r It is also electrically controlled, with the signal inputs 13 of the gear 12 being used to receive the corresponding control signals for switching on the desired or needed gears. In the simplest case, both clutch 9 and gear 12 can be actuated purely mechanically, and in this case, signal inputs. 10 1 13 represent symbolically connections of clutch actuating mechanisms 1 gear actuating mechanisms with the corresponding actuating devices clutch 9 and gear 12. The 18 V system is provided for controlling the 12 V, in the simplest case, the 18 control system of the 12 gear operates in such a way that The transmission is automatically shifted depending on the speed of the vehicle, and therefore depending on the rotational speed of the driven wheels. To determine the rotational speed n of the driven wheel 15, a sensor 16 is used, the signal of which corresponding to a given rotational speed is fed via a signal line 17 to the signal input 19 of the gear control unit 18. The gear control unit 18 via the signal outputs 22 and the corresponding signal lines 23 is connected with the signal inputs 13 of gear 12 and with the signal input 10 of clutch 9 «When the gear control 18 determines the new gear depending on the speed of the vehicle and taking into account the selected selection criteria, the Clutch 9 is activated via its signal input 10, then, with the clutch disengaged, the gear 12 is switched via its signal input 13 by the gear control 18. The clutch then engages again. The control or actuation of the clutch 9 and the gear 12 can, as already mentioned above, also be performed mechanically by the servos 18 of the gear control 12. To the above-mentioned selection criteria, according to which the new gear is determined in the gear control 18 in the gear control 12. , in the example provided, it is necessary to check the operating point for the stationary torque after switching on the new gear to be within the boundaries of the working area favorable from the point of view of fuel consumption. . with the new gear selected, in a fuel-efficient operating area, a comparison system k5 integrated with the gear control 18 is provided. Also integrated in the gear control 18 is a system having in its memory the values of the lines delimiting the favorable fuel working area. It is understandable that in the said comparison of driving torques the actual stationary driving torque is not compared directly with the calculated driving torque in the new gear, but that in this comparison the stationary driving torque is transformed according to the ratio ratio of the currently used and suitable driving torque. new gear. For this reason, in the example shown, the quantity is not compared to M. ., but M*. ..It is of course also possible, instead of a stationary drive torque, or its value transformed according to the size of the gear ratio, to compare other quantities resulting from the drive torque, such as e.g. forces, powers and other comparative values, in which The driving torques are only one of many calculation quantities. V in the comparator. k $ f the values of the boundary lines of the most favorable working area from the point of view of fuel consumption are assigned to the appropriate areas of rotational speeds. For example, the area of the stationary moments M. . ^ 300 is assigned to the area of rotation n = 1 ^ 00? 1500, etc. The comparison is carried out in such a way that at the beginning it is checked whether the current engine speed is in the area of the data memory, eg in the area n = 1 * 100 + 1500. Thereafter, it is checked that the stationary driving torque is located in a corresponding torque region assigned to the rotation, for example M. . <* £ 300. If the criteria. um this is fulfilled, then through the signal line k6 the signal of switching to the next higher gear is sent to the system switching to the higher gear 50.6 ikk 357 V the same way, when the appropriate criterion is met, the system comparing kf9 transmits the signal through the conductor ^ 8 to the circuit switching to the lower gear 9. All the values in the memory of the comparing systems * »5 and k7, limiting the most favorable working area from the point of view of fuel consumption, always refer to the values of the characteristic fields for a given engine stored in the memory. For the calculation or determination of the stationary drive torque or derived from In this stationary drive quantity, a torque control circuit 2k is provided, which, for the above-mentioned comparison, the stationary drive quantities transmit via the signal lines 21 to the gear control circuit 18 as soon as the circuit 18 "turns" with command lines 20 to transmit the appropriate quantity. This is how | that the gear control system 18, after selecting one or more 15 * new gears, permissible from the point of view of rotational speed and wheel speed, for each of these gears makes a comparison between the necessary static drive torque and the drive torque calculated for each new gear. ¥ as a result of this comparison, either a new gear is selected, e.g. the most favorable from the point of view of fuel consumption and ensures that the vehicle continues to run, o the least without significant delay, or no new gear is engaged if none of the selected new gears provides drive without significant delay * V torque control system Zh, current stationary drive torque M. . is determined by determining the difference between the actual instantaneous driving torque M of the vehicle provided by the engine 6 with a calculated value which is the product of the vehicle weight and the calculated value of the instantaneous vehicle acceleration. To enable the calculation of the aforementioned difference, the 2k torque control system is supplied through the signal input 27, the transformed instantaneous driving torque M. of the engine 6, through the signal input 26 the vehicle weight 6, and through the signal input 25 the rotational speed n of the driven wheel 15. Signal input 27 of the system The torque control 2k is connected via the conductor Jk to the signal output 35 of the characteristic memory circuit, which at the signal output 35 provides a signal corresponding to the instantaneous torque of the motor 6. The signal input 26 of the torque control circuit Zk is added via the signal conductor 28 to the scoring system 30 to determine the weight of the vehicle. At the signal output 29 of the decomposition device 30 n a signal is available 11 corresponding to the weight of the vehicle. Finally, the signal input 25 of the torque control 2k is connected via a signal line 17 to a sensor 16 to determine the rotational speed i and p of the wheel. In the torque control system Zk, the amount of vehicle acceleration 9 is calculated from the time course of the rotational speed n of wheel 15 by differential calculus. The current instantaneous driving torque M of the motor 6 is determined from the motor characteristic field contained in the characteristic memory system 36 on the basis of the following quantities: the instantaneous driving torque M of the motor 6, the rotational speed n of the motor 6 and the Y position of the control element 1. In the presented embodiment example , the characteristic memory system 36 for the individual values Y1, Y ^, Y 'of the position contains the characteristics of the dependence of the instantaneous driving torque M. on the rotational speed n. The Y position of the control element 1 is fed to the signal input 39 of the pattern 36 of the characteristic memory by the signal line angle which in turn is connected to the signal output 2 of the control element 1. The rotational speed n of the motor 6 is determined by a sensor 79 for analyzing the movement of the shaft 8 and fed via the signal line 38 to the signal input of the characteristic memory circuit 36. The memory and characteristics system 36 is designed in such a way that for each pair of values Y and n, the torque M is available at its signal output 35. The rotational speed n of the motor 6 will be based on the rotational speed n-. wheel 15, takes into account the actual gear ratio of the gear 12 * 144 357 7 V by the calculating system 30, proportions are created to determine the vehicle weight. between the instantaneous driving torque M of the engine 6 and the difference of two computational quantities, each of which contains the acceleration quantity corresponding to the acceleration of the vehicle. These two acceleration quantities S 2 and s. are set at different times, one of them at the moment when the vehicle is in a non-driving state, eg with the clutch disconnected. In this undriven condition, the vehicle is neither accelerated nor decelerated to a significant degree * To make the above-mentioned calculation operation possible, the computing system 30 is supplied via the signal line Jk and the signal input 33 instantaneous driving torque M. of the engine 6 * Necessary to create the size acceleration 8 is ", the tracer curve of the rotational speed n of wheel 15 is fed via the signal line 17 to the signal input 32 of the calculator 30. Finally, via the signal line 23, it is fed to the signal input 31 of the calculator 30, informing about the moment in in which the clutch 9 is disengaged * V in this way it is possible to distinguish the periods in which the vehicle is driven by the engine 6 from the periods in which the vehicle is not powered by this engine * V these differing periods of time are measured with the relatively defined values of acceleration s - and 8 1 • The general formula for determining the vehicle weight is as follows: MA1 "MA2 G = -, where r / »x1 / - r / * x2 / values with index 1 are determined at time x1, and values with index 2 are determined at time x2 * Except for the above-described special case, in which M.2 = 0, and corresponding to a disconnected coupling, the special case can also be calculated when f / 4 _ / = 0, which corresponds to driving without acceleration * The above equation can of course also be solved in general without waiting for special cases * It should always be considered that the two measuring points are not too distant from each other * However, in order to obtain the weight with sufficient accuracy, the difference between the driving torques MA1 and M should be used. ^. The calculating system 30 can also be designed so that to form an average value for the weight values, the differently determined mass of the mass of the mass G, and the mean value of the mass of the mass determined in this way will not exceed a predetermined deviation * In order to ensure the possibility of determining in the system Zk ko on the control of the torque, the useful value of the stationary driving torque M. . in the case where in the load-bearing system 30 there is not yet, e.g. due to a too short driving time, a correspondingly accurate value for the weight value G, it is preferable to use instead of the weight value G determined by the calculating device 30 to use an average weight value G corresponding to e.g. For a reliable determination and calculation of the weight G, a microprocessor provided in the calculating circuit 30 is advantageously suited, with which it is possible in a particularly simple manner to implement time-dependent computation runs related to the amount of acceleration bones V In the diagram in Fig. 2, line 60 for a diesel engine shows the dependence of the maximum torque (at full throttle / engine) on different engine speeds. * Lines 61 are lines of the same specific fuel consumption, where point 69 characterizes the operating point with the lowest specific consumption fuel * Each of the line 51 departing from the point 69 shows fuel consumption increased by a certain fixed amount * These lines can be determined by known measurement methods * If now, on the entire area of rotational speeds, points with the lowest specific fuel consumption are determined, they can be represented as lines 52, which at rotational speed of 1400, turns into line 60 * The operating point of the engine should always be as close as possible to line 62 * With stepped gears it is not always possible, however * 6 and k 357 The working points of two gears due to the step change in rotational speed in these two gears "* For a given gear, this state of affairs is taken into account by line 63. If the operating point for the currently used gear shifts towards higher rotational speeds, to an area located to the right behind line 63 *, for example to point 67, then when changing the gear to higher, the operating point will drop abruptly to point 68, and thus closer, more advantageously from the point of view of consumption liwa, line 62.V in a comparison system ^ 5 a stepped 6k line close to line 63 is entered into the memory and constantly checked from the point of view of exceeding it towards higher rotational speeds. When this is the case, a signal is sent instructing switching. In a similar manner, a comparison is made with line 65 or 669. When the operating point shifts in the direction of lower revolutions beyond line 66, a signal is sent to indicate switching to a lower gear. The 6k9 boundary lines 66 must be shifted towards higher or lower speeds according to the actual gear step change between the individual gears. Moreover, the 6k boundary line must be shifted towards higher speeds if the next higher gear is less efficient from the gear currently in use. In some cases it may be necessary to shift the line 66 towards higher rotational speeds, if the engine is no longer working properly and stably at economically determined lower speeds. Disclaimer 1.
