5 widokiem lacznika, a fig. Wolny koniec ramienia wchodzi w cylindryczna czesc chwytna. Krawedzie grotu wienczacegodrazek przypominaja dwie elipsy o wspólnych osiach dlugich i przemiesz- czonych wzgledem osi dlugiej osiach krótkich. Laczniki maja ksztalt wycinka tulei cylindrycznej z wkladka w formie litery „C". Karnisz wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru ma dwie stopki oraz dwa uchwyty polaczone ramionami zakonczonymi czesciami chwytnymi, obejmujacymi fragmenty powierzchni drazka zwienczonego na koncach grotami, przy czym na drazku sa powieszone laczniki z zabkami. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the object, manifested in an original combination of shapes, lines, and proportions, and their combinations, in individual parts of the design. The design has three variants. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, illustrating its essence, where Fig. 1 is a side view of the first variant of the curtain rod, Fig. 2 is a side view of the second variant of the curtain rod, while Fig. 3 is a side view of the third variant of the curtain rod. Furthermore, Fig. 4 is a detail view of the end of the curtain rod according to the second variant of the design, Fig. 5 is a view of the connector, and Fig. 6 is a view of the connector insert. The curtain rod, according to the first design variant, has two feet and two handles connected by arms with gripping parts that enclose portions of the rod's surface, topped with spears at each end. The rod is hung with toothed connectors. The foot is a solid of revolution, with a base formed by a surface that is a fragment of the cylinder's side. A stepped arm extends from the foot's surface, forming a fragment of the cylinder with a diameter significantly smaller than the foot's diameter. The free end of the arm engages the cylindrical gripping part. The edges of the spearhead that crowns the rod resemble two ellipses with common long axes and short axes offset from the long axis. The connectors are shaped like a section of a cylindrical sleeve with a "C"-shaped insert. The second version of the curtain rod has two feet and two handles connected by arms with gripping sections that enclose portions of the rod's surface, topped with spears at each end. The rod is hung with toothed connectors. The foot is a solid of revolution, with a surface formed by a section of the cylinder's sidewall as its base. A step-like arm extends from the foot's surface, forming a section of the cylinder with a diameter significantly smaller than the foot's diameter. The free end of the arm engages the cylindrical gripping section. The edges of the spearhead topping the rod resemble three equal shapes spaced evenly on the rod, while the edges of these shapes represent the connection of three equal arcs, with the arc transitions being rounded. The connectors are shaped like a section of a cylindrical sleeve with a C-shaped insert. The third version of the curtain rod has two feet and two handles connected by arms with gripping sections that enclose portions of the rod's surface, topped with points at each end. The rod is hung with toothed connectors. The foot is a solid of revolution, the base of which is a surface formed by a section of the cylinder's side. A step-like arm extends from the foot's surface, forming a section of the cylinder with a diameter significantly smaller than the foot's diameter. The free end of the arm engages the cylindrical gripping section. The edges of the point that tops the rod resemble three equal and evenly spaced shapes on the rod, while the edges of these shapes represent sections of the cylinder. The connectors are shaped like sections of a cylindrical sleeve with a "C"-shaped insert. Essential features of an industrial design The curtain rod according to the first variant of the design has two feet and two handles connected by arms with gripping parts, which cover fragments of the rod surface topped with tips, whereby the rod is hung with connectors with teeth, while the foot is a solid of revolution, in which the base is formed by a surface constituting a fragment of the side surface of a cylinder, furthermore, from the surface of the foot there protrudes a step, an arm constituting a fragment of a cylinder with a diameter much smaller than the diameter of the foot, whereby the free end of the arm enters the cylindrical gripping part, it has essential features of an industrial design it has essential features of an industrial design determining its individual character, according to which the edges of the tip topping the rod resemble two ellipses with common long axes and short axes displaced in relation to the long axis, furthermore, the connectors have the shape of a section of a cylindrical sleeve with an insert in the form of the letter "C", as shown in The curtain rod according to the second variant of the design has two feet and two handles connected by arms with gripping parts, which cover fragments of the rod surface topped with spears at the ends, while the rod is hung with connectors with teeth, while the foot is a solid of revolution, in which the base is formed by a surface constituting a fragment of the side surface of a cylinder, moreover, from the surface of the foot there emerges a stepped arm constituting a fragment of a cylinder with a diameter much smaller than the diameter of the foot, while the free end of the arm enters the cylindrical gripping part, it has essential features of an industrial design it has essential features of an industrial design determining its individual character, according to which the edges of the spearhead topping the rod resemble three equal and evenly spaced shapes on the rod, while the edges of these shapes represent the connection of three equal arcs, with the places of arc transitions being rounded, apart from that the connectors have the shape of a section of a cylindrical sleeve with an insert in the form of the letter "C", as shown in photographs Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The curtain rod according to the third variant of the design has two feet and two handles connected by arms terminated with gripping parts, which cover fragments of the rod surface topped with spears at the ends, while the connectors with teeth are hung on the rod, while the foot is a solid of revolution in which the base is formed by a surface constituting a fragment of the side surface of the cylinder, while from the surface of the foot there emerges a step, an arm constituting a fragment of the cylinder with a diameter much smaller than the diameter of the foot, in addition, the free end of the arm enters the cylindrical gripping part, it has essential features of an industrial design, it has essential features of an industrial design determining its individual character, according to which the edges of the spear crowning the rod resemble three equal and evenly spaced solids on the rod, while the edges These solids represent sections of a cylinder, while the connectors have the shape of a section of a cylindrical sleeve with an insert in the form of the letter "C", as shown in photographs Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
