Teczka na dokumenty Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest introligatorska wiazana teczka na dokumenty. Powszechnie znane i uzywane sa prostokatne teczki introligatorskie z okladkami laczonymi przez zawiazanie tasiemek, opasanie gumka lub odcin- kami tasm rzepowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac teczki przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i ornamentacji, nadajacych im oryginalny wyglad. Teczka wedlug wzoru po rozlozeniu, ma ksztalt prostokata podzielone- go na pól zagieciem przy czym jedna z czesci jest powiekszona o przylegle do trzech boków prostokatne elementy wyodrebnione zagieciami. Na spodniej zewnetrznej stronie teczki usytuowany jest rysunek przedstawiajacy podzial doskonaly kwadratu zas ponizej niewielkie prostokatne pola na dodatkowe informacje oraz usytuowane obok napisy „podzial doskonaly kwadratu", na- tomiast na wierzchniej zewnetrznej stronie teczki znajduje sie rysunek przed- stawiajacy podzial doskonaly prostokata, jak równiez niewielkie prostokatne pola na dodatkowe informacje oraz usytuowane obok napisy „podzial dosko- naly prostokata", zas ponizej wpisane w prostokat logo producenta -„Pan Samochodzik" i napis „rzeczy doskonale sa mozliwe". Rectangular bookbinding folders with covers joined by tying ribbons, elastic bands, or Velcro strips are commonly known and used. The essence of the design is a new form of the folder, manifested in the arrangement of lines and ornamentation, giving it a unique appearance. According to the design, the folder, when unfolded, has the shape of a rectangle divided in half by a fold, with one part enlarged by rectangular elements adjacent to three sides, separated by folds. On the underside of the folder, there is a drawing showing a perfect division of a square, and below that are small rectangular fields for additional information, and the inscription "perfect division of a square." On the outer side of the folder, there is a drawing showing a perfect division of a rectangle, as well as small rectangular fields for additional information, and the inscription "perfect division of a rectangle." Below that, the manufacturer's logo - "Mr. Samochodzik" - and the inscription "perfect things are possible" - are inscribed in a rectangle. Near the edges, halfway up the top and bottom, there are ribbons that close the folder by tying it. The ribbons are attached to the insides of the top and bottom with ornaments imitating a wax seal. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the unfolded folder from the outside, Fig. 2 - the unfolded folder from the inside, and Fig. 3 - examples of the folders' variants. The essential features of the document folder according to the pattern are a drawing on the bottom outside, showing the division of a perfect square, and below it, small rectangular fields for additional information and the inscription "perfect division of a square", while on the top outside of the folder, there is a drawing showing the division of a perfect rectangle, as well as small rectangular fields for additional information and the inscription "perfect division of a rectangle", as well as the manufacturer's logo - "Mr. Car" - inscribed in a rectangle below and the inscription "perfect things are possible", which are also located on the on the inner sides of the top and bottom of the folder, the elements fastening the ribbons to tie the folder are ornaments imitating a wax seal, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, 2.
