Nawilzacz powietrza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nawilzacz powietrza. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie, ornamentyce i kolorystyce nawilzacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii zbiorczej oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania w figurach; fig. 1 fig. 2, fig. 3. Fotografie przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja na fig. 1 - nawilzacz powietrza w widoku przodu, na fig. 2 - nawilzacz powietrza w widoku z boku oraz na fig. 3 nawilzacz powietrza w widoku z góry. Nawilzacz powietrza posiada korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do walca, który tuz przy podstawie przyjmuje ksztalt stozka scietego. Jak pokazano na fig. 1, w górnej czesci nawilzacza powietrza wykonano cztery równe poziome otwory o owalnym ksztalcie, które stanowia wylot pary. Ponad nimi umieszczono owalny, przezroczysty element podswietlacza, nad którym znajduje sie niewielka, okragla, zielona dioda.Jak pokazano na fig. 2, w dolnej czesci nawilzacza powietrza umieszczono pionowy, owalny wylacznik w kolorze zielonym. Górna czesc korpusu, co uwidoczniono na fig.3, ma ksztalt kola, w srodkowej czesci którego wykonano napis „limatik", umieszczony w tle symbolu nieskonczonosci. Nawilzacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma charakterystyczny, szaro-srebrny kolor. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, którym jest nawilzacz powietrza sa; uksztaltowanie, szaro-srebrna kolorystyka i ornamentacja korpusu o zasadniczo walcowym ksztalcie, w górnej czesci którego wykonano cztery równe, owalne, poziome otwory stanowiace wylot pary, ponad którymi znajduje sie owalny przezroczysty element podswietlacza, natomiast w dolnej czesci umieszczono pionowy, owalny, zielony wylacznik. Cecha charakterystyczna nawilzacza powietrza jest równiez to, ze jego górna czesc posiada napis „limatik", umieszczony w tle symbolu nieskonczonosci.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3 PL PLAir Humidifier The subject of the industrial design is an air humidifier. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape, ornamentation, and colors of the humidifier. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in the figures: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The photographs of the subject of the industrial design show the humidifier in Fig. 1 - a front view, the humidifier in Fig. 2 - a side view, and the humidifier in Fig. 3 - a top view. The air humidifier has a cylindrical body, which takes on the shape of a truncated cone near the base. As shown in Fig. 1, the top of the air humidifier has four equal, oval-shaped horizontal holes, which serve as steam outlets. Above them is an oval, transparent backlight element, above which is a small, round, green LED. As shown in Fig. 2, the lower part of the air humidifier has a vertical, oval, green switch. The upper part of the body, as shown in Fig. 3, is circular in shape, with the inscription "limatik" in the center, set against the infinity symbol. The air humidifier, based on the industrial design, has a characteristic gray-silver color. The essential features of the industrial design, which is the air humidifier, are the shape, gray-silver color scheme, and ornamentation of the body, which is essentially cylindrical. In the upper part of the body, there are four equal, oval, horizontal holes constituting the steam outlet, above which is an oval, transparent backlight element, while in the lower part there is a vertical, oval, green switch.
