Listwa profilowana Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa profilowana do estetycznego maskowania duzych nierównosci, uskoków i szczelin. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu listwy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1. Listwa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt profilowanej powierzchni czesci glównej listwy przechodzacej uskokiem do czesci mocujacej a zakonczonej lekkim podgieciem z drugiej strony Ja k pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku wedlug fig. 1. Przyklad wykonania stanowi listwa z pcv pokazana wg fig.2, której glówna czesc posiada profilowany ksztalt o promieniu R=200mm z charakterystycznym ozdobnym profilem i i zalamaniem pod katem 95°. Nastepnie srodkowa czesc listwy przechodzi uskokiem do czesci mocujacej pod katem 105° W czesci mocujacej nawiercone sa z otwory w miare potrzeb. Czesc profilowana glówna konczaca sie podgieciem 2 pod katem 20°. Grubosc listwy wynosi 1 mm.Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego stanowi listwa z pcv o profilowanej powierzchni zakonczonej lekkim podgieciem. Profil glówny przechodzi uskokiem z ozdobnym elementem pod katem wiekszym od 90° a nastepnie pod katem ponad 90° w czesc o powierzchni prostej z otworami montazowymi do mocowania.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLProfiled Strip The industrial design is for a profiled strip for aesthetically concealing large irregularities, offsets, and gaps. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the strip. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1. The strip according to the industrial design has a profiled surface shape with the main part of the strip extending at an offset to the mounting portion and ending with a slight bend on the other side, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1. An example embodiment is the PVC strip shown in Fig. 2, whose main part has a profiled shape with a radius of R=200mm with a characteristic decorative profile and a 95° bend. The central part of the strip then steps down to the mounting section at an angle of 105°. Holes are drilled into the mounting section as needed. The main profiled section ends with a 20° bend. The strip is 1 mm thick. A significant feature of the industrial design is a PVC strip with a profiled surface and a slight bend. The main profile steps down to a decorative element at an angle greater than 90°, and then, at an angle greater than 90°, transitions to a straight surface section with mounting holes.
