Korek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest korek, korzystnie wykonany ze szkla i korka naturalnego lub syntetycznego sluzacy do zamkniecia karafki lub butelki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac korka przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz materiale, z którego zostal wykonany. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia korek w widoku z boku; fig. 2 -ten sam korek w widoku z góry fig. 3 - ten sam korek w widoku z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Korek przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma postac zwezajacego sie nieznacznie w kierunku dolu walca, natomiast u góry jest zaopatrzony w okragly uchwyt o plaskiej górnej powierzchni. W widoku z boku korek ma ksztalt zblizony do litery „T. Górna czesc korka, stanowiaca jego uchwyt ma w widoku z boku ksztalt prostokata, przy czym u dolu jest ona zaopatrzona w prostokatny stopien do którego przymocowany jest wlasciwy korek w ksztalcie trapezu o krótszej dolnej podstawie. W widoku z góry korek ma ksztalt okregu, natomiast w widoku z dolu korek ma ksztalt okregu we wnetrzu którego znajduja sie dwa mniejsze okregi.Korek jest korzystnie wykonany ze szkla potasowego wysokiej jakosci oraz korka naturalnego lub syntetycznego.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 FIG . 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cork, preferably made of glass and natural or synthetic cork, used to close a carafe or bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of cork, manifested in its shape and the material from which it is made. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the cork from a side view; Fig. 2 - the same cork from above; Fig. 3 - the same cork from below. Essential features of the industrial design: The cork shown in Figs. 1 to 3 has the form of a cylinder that tapers slightly towards the bottom, while at the top it is provided with a round handle with a flat upper surface. In a side view, the stopper has a shape similar to the letter "T." The upper part of the stopper, which is its handle, has a rectangular shape in a side view, and at the bottom it is provided with a rectangular step to which the actual stopper is attached, in the shape of a trapezoid with a shorter lower base. In a top view, the stopper has a circular shape, while in a bottom view, the stopper has a circular shape with two smaller circles inside.
