POJEMNIK Z POKRYWKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z pokrywka przemawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i proporcjach wymiarów nadajacych pojemnikowi z pokrywka nowy i indywidualny charakter. Pojemnik zamykany pokrywka umozliwia lokowanie w nim produktów spozywczych i oprócz walorów uzytkowych zawiera walory estetyczne, komponujac stylowo z otoczeniem w którym jest uzytkowany. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, w którym Fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym w kierunku pokrywki, Fig.2 - pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym w kierunku dna pojemnika, Fig.3 - korpus pojemnika ukazujacy jego wnetrze i Fig. 4 - pokrywke pojemnika z ukazaniem jej strony wewnetrznej. Pojemnik majacy korpus w postaci plaskiego scietego stozka z obrzezem i plomba zamykany pokrywka ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze korpus pojemnika ma stozkowa pobocznice przechodzaca nieznacznie w kierunku ku górze z mniejszej w wieksza srednice, przy czym proporcja wymiaru wysokosci górnej pobocznicy korpusu do wysokosci korpusu wynosi ok. 0,33, a wymiar srednicy obrzeza korpusu do jego wysokosci wynosi ok. 3,63, natomiast proporcja wymiaru srednicy obrzeza korpusu do jego srednicy dna wynosi ok. 1,07. Pokrywka ma ksztalt tarczy z obwodowym wglebieniem do nakladania na obrzeze korpusu, przy czym proporcja srednicy pokrywki do jej wysokosci wynosi ok. 19,94, jak uwidoczniono w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1 +Fig. 4. PL PLCONTAINER WITH A LID: The industrial design is for a container with a lid, intended specifically for food products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container with a lid, characterized by its shape and dimensional proportions, which give the container a new and individual character. The container with a lid allows for the storage of food products and, in addition to its practical benefits, also offers aesthetic value, stylishly blending into the environment in which it is used. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a lid in a perspective view toward the lid, Fig. 2 shows the container with a lid in a perspective view toward the bottom of the container, Fig. 3 shows the container body showing its interior, and Fig. 4 shows the container lid showing its inner side. A container having a body in the form of a flat, truncated cone with a rim and a seal closed by a lid has significant features of an industrial design, characterized in that the body of the container has a conical side surface that slightly changes upwards from a smaller to a larger diameter, wherein the proportion of the height of the upper side surface of the body to the height of the body is approximately 0.33, and the proportion of the diameter of the body rim to its height is approximately 3.63, while the proportion of the diameter of the body rim to its bottom diameter is approximately 1.07. The lid has the shape of a disc with a circumferential recess for placing on the rim of the body, wherein the proportion of the lid diameter to its height is approximately 19.94, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 + Fig. 4.
