Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sadownicza masc stosowana w sadownictwie, szkólkarstwie i uprawach drzew, krzewów i kwiatów ozdobnych do ochrony szczepien przed wplywami atmosfe¬ rycznymi i dostepem szkodliwych mikroorganizmów. W efekcie moze spowodowac to odrzucenie szczepienia albo zarazenie rosliny.W stosunku do masci sadowniczych stawiane sa ostre wymagania jakosciowe. Wedlug polskiego patentu nr 59 586 z 30.04.1970, glównym sklanikiem mascijest wosk otrzymany z niskocisnieniowej kopolimeryzacji etylenu z propylenem, o ciezarze czasteczkowym 500 do 10.000. Zawartosc reaktora miesza sie jeszcze 5 minut a nastepnie stopiona masc rozlewa sie do podstawionych naczyn. Naczynia chlodzi sie i szczelnie zamyka.Otrzymana w ten sposób masc sadownicza charakteryzuje sie lepkoscia nie ulegajaca istotnym zmianom w granicach temperatur od 0°C do 30°C, dobra smarownoscia, brakiem fitotoksycznosci a w przypadku dodania odpowiednich srodków grzybobójczych — wlasnosciami chroniacymi szczepienie przed inwazja mikroorganizmów.Przyklad I. Do reaktora pojemnosci 100dm3 wprowadza sie 30kg adduktu tlenku etylenu do nienasyconego kwasu tluszczowego, ogrzewa do temperatury 90°C i w trakcie mieszania dodaje sie 50 kg rozdrobnionej pozostalosci kubowej po destylacji kalafonii o liczbie kwasowej ponizej 100. Po 1 godzinie mieszania w temperaturze 90 do 130°C zawartosc reaktora schladza sie do temperatury 80°C a nastepnie dodaje sie 1 kg kaptofolu /N-/T,r,2',2'-czterochloroetylotio/- 1,2,3,6-czterohydroftalimid/ zwilzonego 1 kg terpentyny.Po pieciominutowym mieszaniu, zawar¬ tosc reaktora szybko rozlewa sie do naczyn a po schlodzeniu do temperatury otoczenia naczynia zamyka sie szczelnymi pokrywkami. PLThe subject of the invention is a fruit ointment used in horticulture, nursery and ornamental tree, shrub and flower cultivation to protect vaccinations against the weather and the access of harmful microorganisms. It is created during cut vaccination and causes the discovery of the living tissue of plants, exposing it to drying out and easy access to the air of viruses, bacteria and fungi. This can result in rejection of vaccination or plant contamination. Strict quality requirements are imposed on fruit ointments. Plant vaccinations are used seasonally, in spring or late summer. High-quality fruit lotion should be characterized by good lubricity within the temperature limits occurring in the field during the season of use, i.e. from 0 ° C to 30 ° C. The mask should not run off the lubricated places of trees and shrubs under the influence of high temperatures and sunlight, as well as crack and fall off under the influence of low temperatures that may occur during this period in an orchard or nursery. An important feature is the lack of phytotoxicity, while the purposeful and indicated feature is the property of accelerating wound healing, fungus and bactericidal properties. The basic components of fruit ointments appearing in the figure are: synthetic or natural waxes in the form of semi-liquid or in the form of water dispersions, rosin, fats , oils, polyvinyl acetate dispersions and others. In addition to the ingredients that provide a lubricity effect and are intended to cover the protective layer and protect against drying out of the grafting sites, to the ointments are added, in order to reduce the cost of production and increase the aesthetic effects, pigments and fillers as well as ingredients increasing the viscosity. Some preparations contain the addition of insecticides such as lindane or fungicides such as: captan, benomyl or zineb. According to the Polish patent No. 59 586 dated April 30, 1970, the main ingredient of the ointment is wax obtained from low-pressure copolymerization of ethylene with propylene, with a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000. To this wax, rosin, cereal and oil are added. The essence of the invention consists in the use of ingredients that are much cheaper than the hitherto used and more easily available ingredients, which, when melted and mixed, give a product that meets the most difficult requirements of users. The mask according to the invention is a mixture of a cubic residue from the distillation of rosin with an acid number below 150, polyethers being ethylene oxide adducts (linear and branched), with a molecular weight not exceeding 1,000, and / or synthetic waxes with an acid number greater than 15 and a saponification number higher than 30, obtained by high-temperature oxidation with air in the presence of an autocatalyst of a mixture of paraffin and polyethylene, the quantitative ratios of distillation residue, polyethers and waxes are selected so that the mask has a setting point below 0 ° C and a dripping point above 30 Depending on the intended use of the cream, it is possible to add preparations with a fungicidal effect in the form of a concentrate or in commercial form in the amount of 0.2 to 3.0% of the active substance. The addition of fungicides increases the cost of the product, poses a threat to the environment, especially for people using the mask. In addition, the selection of fungicide depends on the diseases occurring in orchards and on the availability of preparations on the market. The process of obtaining fruit oil consists in melting the basic components in the reactor, i.e. the cubic residue of rosin distillation with plasticizing components such as polyethers and possibly waxes. The melting and mixing point of the components in the reactor must not be lower than 90 ° C and higher than 130 ° C. The content of the reactor should be stirred for 1 hour. The remaining after rosin distillation does not have standard physico-chemical properties and different polyethers have different solidification temperatures, therefore, before starting production, for each batch of raw materials, the most appropriate quantitative ratios must be selected. Precise quantitative selection of raw materials is performed in the laboratory on samples up to 100 g in size. Quantitative ratios are considered appropriate if the obtained preparation has a setting point below 0 ° C and a dropping point above 30 ° C. At the end of the mixing, the temperature of the reactor contents is lowered to 80 ° C and at this temperature, if necessary, a fungicide is added, which is appropriate for the control of orchard diseases, in an amount depending on the effectiveness of the fungicide in question. about 1% and for carbendazim 2% and for copper oxychloride about 1%. The contents of the reactor are stirred for another 5 minutes and then the melted butter is poured into pots. The vessels are cooled and sealed. The fruit paste obtained in this way is characterized by a viscosity that does not change significantly in the temperature range from 0 ° C to 30 ° C, good lubricity, no phytotoxicity, and in the case of adding appropriate fungicides - properties that protect vaccination against microbial invasion Example I. 30 kg of ethylene oxide adduct to unsaturated fatty acid are introduced into a reactor of 100 dm3, heated to 90 ° C and, while stirring, 50 kg of comminuted cubic residue from distillation of rosin with an acid number below 100 is added. At 90 to 130 ° C, the contents of the reactor are cooled to 80 ° C and then 1 kg of captopofol (N- (T, r, 2 ', 2'-tetrachloroethylthio) - 1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalimide (moistened 1) are added kg of turpentine. After stirring for five minutes, the contents of the reactor are quickly poured into the vessels and, after cooling to ambient temperature, the vessels are closed with tight lids. The resulting fruit mass has a setting point of around -1 ° C and a dropping point of around 32 ° C. Example II. 20 kg of ethylene oxide adduct and 10 kg of wax with an acid number of 40, which is a product of oxidation, mixed with paraffin and polyethylene, are introduced into the reactor with a capacity of 100 dm3. The contents are heated to 90 ° C and at this temperature, 50 kg of the comminuted cubic residue after rosin distillation are added with stirring. After stirring for one hour at 90 to 130 ° C, the contents of the reactor are quickly poured into vessels which, after cooling to ambient temperature, are closed with tight lids. Similarly to the first example, the obtained masc has a setting point of about -1 ° C and a dropping point of about 32 ° C. Example III. 20 kg of ethylene oxide adduct with a molecular weight of about 600.20 kg of wax with an acid number of 60 are introduced into the reactor. After heating the contents to 90 ° C., 30 kg of comminuted rosin distillation residue and 10 kg of rosin are added while stirring. By proceeding as in example II, we obtain an orchard ointment with the properties as in example II. Example IV. A pigment, e.g. titanium dioxide, in an amount of 3 kg is added to the ointment obtained according to example 1 simultaneously with the fungicide. The obtained paste meets the requirements, i.e. the setting temperature is below 0 ° C and the dropping point is around 31 ° C. 146 207 3 ethylene, with a molecular weight not exceeding 1,000 and / or synthetic suspensions, with an acid number higher than 15 and a saponification number higher than 30, obtained by high-temperature air oxidation against an autocatalyst of a mixture of paraffin and polyethylene, and also generally known additives such as fillers, pigments and viscosity-increasing substances, whereby the quantitative ratios of bottoms, polyethers and waxes are selected such that the butter has a setting point below 0 ° C and a melting point above 30 ° C. 2. Fruit mask according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains a fungicide in the form of a concentrate or in commercial form in an amount of from 0.2 to 3.0% of the active substance. PL
