Kieliszek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kieliszek zaopatrzony w ucho, sluzacy do spozywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza alkoholu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kieliszka przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia kieliszek w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - ten sam kieliszek w widoku z dolu; fig. 3 - odmiane kieliszka z ornamentem w ksztalcie gwiazdy w widoku z boku; fig 4 - ten sam kieliszek w widoku z dolu; fig. 5 - odmiane kieliszka z ornamentem w postaci logo firmy w widoku z boku; fig. 6 - ten sam kieliszek w widoku z dolu; rysunek zbiorczy - przedstawia kieliszek i jego odmiany. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Kieliszek przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 6 ma ksztalt walca zamknietego u dolu. Zewnetrzne scianki kieliszka rozszerzaja sie nieznacznie u dolu na zewnatrz, a nastepnie zwezaja sie w kierunku podstawy. Kieliszek jest zaopatrzony w uchwyt w formie ucha. W widoku z dolu kieliszek ma ksztalt okregu, zaopatrzonego z jednej strony w ucho w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonym krótszym bokiem. Dno kieliszka przedstawionego na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest gladkie.Odmiana kieliszka przedstawionego na fig. 3 i fig. 4 rózni sie od kieliszka i wedlug fig. 1 i fig. 2 tym, ze jego dno jest zaopatrzone w ornament w ksztalcie gwiazdy. Odmiana kieliszka przedstawionego na fig. 5 i fig. 6 rózni sie od kieliszka wedlug fig. 1 i fig. 2 tym, ze jego dno jest zaopatrzone w ornament w postaci logo firmy. The essence of the design is a new form of the glass, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the glass from a side view; Fig. 2 - the same glass from the bottom; Fig. 3 - a side view of a variant of the glass with a star-shaped ornament; Fig. 4 - the bottom view of the same glass; Fig. 5 - a side view of a variant of the glass with a company logo ornament; Fig. 6 - the bottom view of the same glass; the collective drawing shows the glass and its variants. Essential features of the industrial design: The glass shown in Figures 1 to 6 has the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom. The outer walls of the glass widen slightly at the bottom outward and then taper towards the base. The glass is provided with a handle in the form of a handle. Viewed from below, the glass has the shape of a circle, provided on one side with a rectangular handle with a rounded shorter side. The bottom of the glass shown in Figures 1 and 2 is smooth. The version of the glass shown in Figures 3 and 4 differs from the glass shown in Figures 1 and 2 in that its bottom is provided with a star-shaped ornament. The glass variation shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 differs from the glass shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in that its bottom is provided with an ornament in the form of a company logo.
